Always love Dino and agree with the comments here, but this one for me is Matt Monro's all day long. Open for debate this one, but the London bus driver just edges it. In fact, when Sinatra parted company with Capitol Records and set up Reprise, he only had one voice in mind to take his place - and that was Matt Monro!
