@@clash8181 History, geography, culture and family customs/traditions are influencing such things. That's the reason you have so many good gypsy musicians, so many good mongolian horse riders and so many good skijumpers from switzerland. Denying this is completely bonkers. And italy was world known for its singing since end of medival times. All these high class operas and so on coming from italy, mostly produced in Venice for rich merchants. Also culture of folk songs very rich in italy. Italy went high internationally in music until 1970s/80s when everything turned into plastic-american-music thanks to MTV
Kids today just don't know what this was all about. Hell, at 62, even I was a kid back then. But what I do know is we certainly have lost something since the likes of them, and all the bigs from back then. Like Carson, Ball, Hope, Burns, Benney, and SO many more we grew up with. All gone. And now look at everything. What a shame.
It’s nice to see these two spectacular buddies fooling around and having fun. Their talents were quite different. Dean’s greatest talent was as an immensely popular TV personality and a great comedic straight man for Jerry Lewis. He was not a great singer, and never pretended to be. Sinatra, OTOH, was a consummate artist, the greatest pop singer of the 20th century, especially during the Capitol years of the 1950s and early 60s. The whole Vegas/Rat Pack thing was the last gasp of a dying cultural idea of manliness - but had little to do with music.

Where is that at in the video lol
When Dean's messing around looking at Jerry Lewis and Frank starts tapping Dean on the shoulder.
I love Dean he was always decent to everyone. Even fans.
Jerry was a asshole. Ask his kids.
Frank ... Well Frank's Frank. And I'm just leaving that here.
Oh well two outta three ain't bad.
All we need is Sammy.
That's right! Haha
I was 18 when I watched this fantastic piece of TV history as it happened. It was so damned funny but at 3:30 - when Dean says to Frank, "Why you shout??" I laughed so hard, and pretty much for years afterwards whenever I thought about it. Each of them were iconic, one of a kind talents, the kind never to be seen again.
R.I.P., Jerry, Frank and Dean.

Michael Buble ❤ is a close second to these gentlemen 🫶🏻✨🤙🏼😎 #michaelbuble
These guys were a lot of fun to watch and listen to. They definitely don't make them like this anymore.
This was the best era of good songs & great clean comedy. I wish we had Dean Martin & Frank Sinatra again. They were the best.
Hello Jen, how are you doing?
I am not Italian, I'm Armenian, but I adore them, for being talented, real, friendly, and having GREAT HEART!
Hello dear how are you doing over there ?
thanks so much for putting this up 🙏 my mum got me into this guys, when i was 20 and a breakdancer 😂. i'am turning 60tie soon and sing that songs self translated, in my on Austrian langue, for 20 years. love it sooo much. enjoyed that, today at the rehersal for a little concert this saturday. that music and Frank & Dean, alway puts a smile on my face. they are wonderful. and had real fun. enjoyng live with music and the will to make people happy 🧡and have fun with it. i saw Sinatra in 1992 in Paris in the second row. awesome swinging...i am not trying to be them. or copy. just learning, that they helped my, doing it my way. 🙏 this music is a treasure. just havin fun playing and singing it. and beeing thanksful. they where good man. and legends 🙏 greetings from Austria. ✌ 💪🏽 🌏
The best Entertainers of all time. They turned singing a song into a comedy act.
Just watch when the camera panned on Jerry Lewis. He is a celebrity watching Frank , Dean like a kid!
Great stuff! When I get to heaven I would like to see this in forever!
RIP you guys!
To be in the presence of these two for an hour would be so amazing but spending eternity with them is going to be well I actually don’t have words for that. I was born four years after Frank died I sadly missed out on saying I was alive the same time as him. I’m jealous of all my loved ones up above spending time with everyone of the classic era. I know my grandad will be having a ball in the presence of his idols
Jerry was a complete arrogant moron. I worked with him on the telethon. Mr. Sinatra was a true professional and when the lights went off he was very gracious to the crew. He expected everyone to be on top of thier game as he was.
@@rty1955 Sorry that you are in a foul mood. I don't claim to have known Jerry as you have professed to have. All that I see is a light hearted laughter and comedy ! So nostalgic! They were the good old days. Stylish & civilised.
These two fellas were magic ....this made me smile a big smile all of the way through....they aren't made like Frank n Dean anymore 👏👏👏👌
Dean and Frank were great together. Dean sounds great. This was funny. It was good to see all 3 of the guys together. Dean and Frank and Jerry all together.
The Terrific twosome!!!!
Jerry slightly overrated. Frank a king, Dean a Prince.
Style and swagger at level 100! The king of cool and the chairman of the board!! 😁😁
Ñ
Absolutely the very best... the two of them!
Exactly. Cool = Dean Martin. No one is close. Plus he's so damn good looking, top comedic talent, crooner extraordinaire. Other singers/actors try to be cool. Dean is cool.
Bring this era back. Entertainment had class back then. Miss you boys!
Two of the greatest ever! It's so sad they're no longer with us!
Hello Mary, how are you doing?
Hi dear, how are you doing at the moment?
Whenever Im down i watch these 2 Legends. My heart swells and I cant keep the grinn off my face. The fun they are having is contagious and timeless.🤣😂🤣😂🥰

The only pair who had more fun were Dean and Jerry
Pleasure to watch these two giants together, i love Dean Martin, incomparable person ❤️🌹
Hello dear how are you doing over there?
The MOST simpatico in USA history.
I love Dean, Frank, and Jerry💕💕💕💕💕Those days can never be repeated.
Agree
In a class of their own.....they were kings back when..
no one even close except Sammy
They absolutely were “KINGS BACK THEN & I COULDN’T AGREE WITH YOU MORE!” Multitalented.... musicians, singers & “comics”( loved their banter back & forth on stage).. these talented men were pure entertainment! I remember my parents watching them intently & laughing at the joking between “The Rat Pack!” I loved Rock & Roll but have come to realize how extraordinary these entertainers truly were back then & I both love and appreciate their music so much now! You phrased it perfect though,” VOICE VOICE!”❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️

Musical geniuses of our time it’s totally amazing. I love watching this over and over again oh blue eyes Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, all legends of the time
My goodness. Simply class. Years gone by, when funny was just funny, no offence. Love it.
They don’t make them like that anymore - We are definitely lucky that there are tapes films records cds dvd and whatever else was used to record these guys lives professionally and otherwise - My Grandparents and My Parents listened to Frank Dean Sammy and thus I was introduced to them - Timing is everything -
I’m 60 years young and will never tire of Frank and Dean
Dean is so funny, and I absolutely love everything about him. Dean is also kicked back, and easy going!
My late sister Mary was a teenager during WW2 and used to refer to Sinatra as "Frankie". I have her to
thank for discovering his LP (as was then) of "Songs For Swinging Lovers" and in July 1990 I was able
to repay her by treating her to the Sinatra "A Summer Affair" concert here In London UK. I doesn't get
any better than that!
Nobody that ever lived could have brought DEAN MARTIN n JERRY LEWIS together only the most powerful man and a great human being n most of all a great person n friend could do something like that 👍 😇🇺🇲🇮🇹R.I.P.
Tommy Minervino yes Bravo to Frank.xx
Miss these guys, even clowning around, they could sing like there was no tomorrow.
M * exactly!
You can instantly tell the love story shared between Dean And Jerry. Dean couldn’t stop looking of at his brotha. Distracted the whole way through the performance. And Jerry couldn’t take his eyes off Dean. One of the most beautiful moments in television history
I have to say, as entertaining as Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra were, the stars of the show for me were the pianist and bass player for keeping up!
Love old school. This will never happen again..glad my grandparents played their music. Turned me on to real talent. Best music. Plus Perry Como. Hey he's my cousin..

They could be only Italian, pure talent
Yes indeed!
Both of them were 2nd generation 🇮🇹-american because their parents were 1st generation Italian-american
Please don't be so funny 😊
What does being of italian descent has to do with talent? Stupid crap!
Pure class. Don't get any better than Frank and Dean. That's entertainment.
Simply amazing.That is class.Nothing comparable.A gem,a true gem.Thanks for sharing.
BTW Dean was also an amazing actor.
I play their music when I work out. My kids think I am nuts. What do they know
Kids today just don't know what this was all about. Hell, at 62, even I was a kid back then. But what I do know is we certainly have lost something since the likes of them, and all the bigs from back then. Like Carson, Ball, Hope, Burns, Benney, and SO many more we grew up with. All gone. And now look at everything. What a shame.

@@birdlover7776 Where did all the class go.
@@strouther1 yes agree with that too!
Frank and Dean singing The Lady's A Tramp. They sound great.
Frank’s the man. Dino is just great. Really miss these guys. Never to be duplicated. I feel fortunate to have seen them perform.
Amen!
I can't see Sinatra at all. Dino I agree with.

I also say Dino is the man and Sinatra was lucky to be with him. Dino had all the class that Sinatra lacked.
