make your future fridges drip pan accessible from the front, i have to pull my fridge out and screw up my hardwood floors to clean the dead rat smell from the drip pan. or better yet, make it so it doesnt smell so often , or give it a different defrost cycle , drip catch can instead of tray, etc.
