Where did that square metal washer come from and the plastic squares on the sliders come off when you try to get the door to slide on with the tracking out 😬
Hi, at 5:10 you say swing the tracker to the frame so you can hang the doors but at 5:20 it shows different way of the installation, which one is correct?
He actually says "swing the track out of the frame", so basically it it only held by one screw. Once you slide the doors in, move the rail back and fix in place.
Good afternoon, Sorry for the confusion. The correct method of installation is as follows: - Swing the track out of the frame - Fix the bottom pivot into the bottom pivot socket - Fix the top pivot into the top pivot socket - Move the track back into position and fix into place Many thanks, Kate Marketing Assistant
The video shows the holes for the pivot and guides drilled in the centre of the top and bottom door edge (ie the centre of the hole is 17 mm in on a 34 mm door). Yet the diagram that came with the kit shows the distance as 10 mm from the front-facing edge. Which is right?
Good afternoon Gary, Thank you for your feedback. Both installation methods are correct - this is down to the preference of the installer. The benefit of installing the guide and pivot 10mm in from the front facing edge of the door is that the door will be inline with the track. Many thanks, Kate Marketing Assistant

Hinges. Video shows them fixed to door edge but step 4 in my instructions say fit to back face of door. Which is correct or best? Thanks
Are any of these parts height adjustable?
