What Jenna said really resonated with me. I’ve been on this healing journey for about a year and recently my life has had more stressors added to it and I felt like I completely fell apart and back into my old habits and behaviors. I’ve also been on the verge of tears all week and today I finally just let myself cry without judgement or trying to figure out a specific reason why. So easy to forget you’re not going backwards when you’re not at your “best”

“Growth followed by downturns and setbacks, is proof that we are changing....” YESSS!!! 💯👏👏👏🥳🥳🥳 This 100% hit the nail on the head and is what I needed to hear right now, thank you both so much !! (And Universe! 🙌🏼✨💕)
I’ve been healing so much of late (doing EFT tapping exercises amongst other things) , and have been feeling huge breakthroughs in terms of confidence, abundance, happiness , interspersed with occasional days of high anxiety and self criticism, and lots of crying.
I was feeling so disheartened and doubtful, and concerned the anxiety was sabotaging all of the progress I’ve made up until now. However, I now know this isn’t true!!! I actually feel amazing right now, after a rough couple of days.
The fluctuation in energy, due to changes also resonates with me a LOT!
Such an amazing, insightful video ! 👏👏👏✨✨✨💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏🦋🦋🦋

I honestly believe tears are the body's way of releasing the "negative" emotions / energy stored in the body.. Favourite saying: Feel it to heal it ❤️

Hi girls, finally got some time to spend some time on the kitchen by myself, cooking some fish for the cats and some nutritious food for me, to pack and keep. I couldn't be on the last course because if the time, let's see when I can be with you this month. I switched from listening you on Spotify to here, because here I can comment and send you some loving words. I feel this one so much as you talk, I can totally see myself here, and yes, crying during healing times...when I started to research about codependency I Sept 2017, I was about 3 months crying so often. I was grieving my own childhood and the marriage I was in. It's so so heart warming to listen to you, and I feel you so close to my heart. Thank you Nicole and Jenna, and all the Team.💜

The idea of ‘we are presented with what we are ready for’ first came to me from yoga. After practicing regularly for six months or so I started to hear cueing for the more subtle muscle movements, body awareness and breathing in flow with the poses. It was such an a-ha moment for me and I think that definitely applies on the healing journey and in so many other aspects of life. Also, You Are Your Own Proof, ugh my heart ❤️!! Thank you so much ladies. Your light is guiding so many of us.

I feel this, it's a world of a different from before I start yoga and after I finish, especially if I'm doing it for others (even over Zoom), because I'm so used to not being in my body and feeling my sensations and with yoga it helps you to feel those sensations, those subtle ones and it's like wow I've forgotten how to feel in a sense. It's amazing and what you said is so true.

I am struggling with up and down emotional on journey. I had disagreement with my mom relate to my change in approach. I still struggle with being a people pleaser and discomfort with people being upset with me. I am own biggest critic.

"Normalizing expansive conversations" . . . Yes! Never have I heard a more beautiful phrase. My whole life has been motivated by this intention. Thank you so much for calling this out 💕
Loved the whole conversation today ladies. You had me in tears several times Jenna as you shared your experiences of contrast and holding space for them in self love.
A great question from a viewer about backsliding turned into loving kindness and compassion for one's self on the journey. So empowering and encouraging. I appreciate you all so much 🙏💐

And Dr Nicole, your insight into our subconscious self-sabotage reflex that naturally interferes with changes of habit was mind-blowing! I've always blamed myself for those happenings. I would love to hear more about this and how to rewire this reflex, if possible. Or learn how to recognize it as it arises, rather than allowing it free reign . . . Thank you!

Thank you both. It helped pointing out that even in a setback there is growth. En at this moment I am emotionally activated and it's because I did not sleep, rest and ate well the last couple of days. So there is nothing much I can do right now other than just let this be and take good care of myself and just observe my body and calm myself.

I want to say my parents so not present my parents give a shit about what I did they were too focused on there own diseases. So I got criticism from my peers, and siblings that I hold to till this day and I know they are just old tapes I need to let of and know I am worthy and loved because I have me. My mom had cancer my dad had alcoholism. Oh and my parents divorced when I was 8 and my mom passed away when I was 15, 3weeks before my 16th birthday. I am 47 now and I still miss and grieve the loss of my mother.

I’ve just found you as this topic was perfection for me! I just found out I was scammed in a BIG way! In a way that I had to go to everyone who loves me to tell them they were right and I was so wrong! Ouch! Lots of money is gone! GONE! I fell for this line of bullshit without even questioning! So it does feel like I hit a HUGE WALL! The thoughts of “How could I be so stupid” are overtaking me! Do you have a suggestion on how to go by this without drowning in it? I feel like I’m drowning….
