I've been on a healing and self love journey that started this year in Jan 2021. It has been very hard, I started off with having the goal of getting it all done by the end of this year. I know and have heard many times that healing is not linear and I totally understand that. There have been many times where I feel like I spiral back into my old ways. When I catch myself I judge myself which does not help. Reading your book and listening to you podcasts makes me feel less alone. Thank you for what you are doing to help heal the world. Sometimes this journey is exhausting especially when I fall back into old habits. Some self love habits I have picked up in my journey is Journaling, Walking in Nature, Intermittent Fasting and eating proper foods/taking supplements as well as attending counselling/therapy.

I felt physically ill listening to this - it resonates so deeply not because I didn't have loving parents, I did but third born mum already had enough stress so I became the perfect baby that didn't cry, didn't need picking up, that didn't demand mothers attention. Growing up my mother was faultless in loving me but the first few years had already set the narrative "my needs/wants aren't good for the person I love". I've been wrongly proud of being Hyper independent, a very caring people pleaser and mastered no self pity!!!! Result is a lifetime of self-sacrificing, self-destructive situations and relationships. My new narrative "sometimes my needs arent good for another person but I am just as worthy to expect they are valued". Turning up to back yourself in a parental way ... ouch... here goes, starting with self love sundays. Thank you, both aspirational women sharing inspirational wisdom x

Dear girls, thank you for your videos, it is really great idea for your new project!
I have something that nobody is talking about and I am sure that many people has this "issues" and maybe you can make a video for this .
I am in this path of healing around 10 years, I am a therapist as well and first thing I started to change is the self love, listing my body, emotions etc but I noticed that when I am repeating the similar scenario especially in emotional life I am always taking the responsibility and sometimes I really do not understand what I am not seeing, what is there that still is mine buutt I just understood that always I blame unconscious my self because everything is my projection so must be me...Is my fault 🙄🤨😔
So I just realized that all this theory that always is Us maybe is not always helpful. Because I committed to my self that I will heal but some patterns are repeating, so must be me...my thing is that I always want to be honest with people and express my feelings and I do not like to play games but this is something that society maybe is not ready ( there are some people they what the same but they are not in my life emotionally, so must be me that I still do not have them...)
I hope you understand what I mean, is nice topic 😜 Is always us at the end of the day? There is other parameters?
    Thank you 💗

I appreciate this video and all the practices you suggest, but it’s complicated for me. I have ADHD. Being consistent is really really hard for me.
