Sane people can make fair decisions in a jury. I was the foreman of a jury concerning a truck driver once, and I'm a truck driver. We all listened, and we all came to the same decision, not guilty. The other jurors voted before I did, and no juror ever felt that I would play favorites for the driver because we both were in the trucking business.

A couple of things the lawyers left out: firstly if the jury decision is hung the prosecutor can restart the case anew, secondly Michael Cohen was deemed to be a credible witness by a judge in an earlier case.

I sat on a Jury Trial. I always feel that the Defense Lawyer is there to instill "reasonable doubt" into the Jury. The charge was for assault on a White female by a Black guy (200 + pounds) security guard who would lose his gun license if found guilty. During pretrial hearing, she was asked if she could recognize him as her assailant, she said no. What the attorney did not ask, if there was anyone else in the room she could identify. Why is that? Attorneys don't ask questions they don't know the answer to. The Attorney knew there was no one else. I thought to myself, someone laid hands on her, but I was the only one, so it was hung jury. But I wasn't impressed by "Jury of his peers"... I saw a person who had been physically assaulted, but others did not see that. So long as a defendant has a decent lawyer who can instill that reasonable doubt, a person could get away with murder. (OJ Simpson, comes readily to mind.)
Comments ranged from "exaggeration of the photo evidence" (in other words the photos looked worse than the actual assault) to the assault was of such minor sort, Police would not have normally been called, except they were present in the building at the time.... My self, I didn't think it would be unusual for a female not recognize her assailant under the shock of the incident.

I served on jury before. During the questionnaire i made sure i showed bias for the defendant and i still got picked lol.
In the end I did make my decision in favor of the defendant and i was the only juror who did. It was a civil case.
That defense attorneys position that it would be tough to find at least one mole or plant invested in saving Trump even in Manhattan isn't reasonable. Miss Rogers the prosecuting attorney was absolutely right the prosecuting team has a much tougher task to find 12 people no matter where that will not conceal at least one juor who walks into that courtroom with their mind up as to their mission to deny prosecution of Trump.
Jury selection sounds like a scam. Should just be a random pull of people from the pool and good luck.

@@taterted81 I actually like a suggestion I heard earlier about not using uninformed nor uneducated citizens as jurors. But then you have to 'ensure' that a much smarter panel of judges or other professionals aren't craftier then your questionnaire or better and/or more experienced liars. It's dicey in most cases. This one is just so overblown because of who it is.

Some may despise him and some may love him. But fair is fair and he should be judged according to the facts presented.

This is about covering up facts with money that the American people should have known about just prior to a Presidential election. This is about election fraud. The candidate was flawed and hid the fact from voters which altered the outcome of the election in his favour. Had the public known about it, the chances of him winning in 2016 would have been almost nil. As it was, he lost the popular vote anyway.

As a juror.. you must listen to the evidence. Not judge anyone til you have heard it all. You also are not allowed to discuss or talk to your fellow jurors on anything. You must keep an open mind til you have heard all the evidence. Then you deliberate. Jurors must go in with no judgements. Did i dislike the person i had to judge. A bit. he was charged with sexual assault on a minor.
