For the year ended in March 2024 there is a net migration of 52,500 Kiwis leaving the country. The main reason is the lack of job opportunities back there. The economic situation there must be in dire shape.
FYI,rubbish collection is not “free”. It’s just included in the council rate which is an annual “tax” charged to the landlord for keeping the house. For north shore Auckland they didn’t include the landfill rubbish collection in the rate therefore people can pay upon their needs. (It’s about to change soon) don’t think it’s free, it’ll eventually be passed on to the rent
I am currently at my first year of teaching secondary math here in Florida. But I had taught in the Philippines for 13 years. My family is still in the Philippines. Now this. I am trying to decide if I am to bring my family here or instead pursue a teaching career there in NZ and bring my family over. By the way, my first born is 13 and my second born is 8. The thing is, my 8 year old is diagnosed with autism. Of course his welfare comes first. Should I stay in US or go for NZ?
if you want a peaceful plae NZ is far better than US especially nowadays all news are about on wars luckily those people who living in NZ they are a little safer because they don't have a conflict of interest to other nations.
Highly recommend New Zealand. For under 18, healthcare is FREE. Considering your 8 yr old has autism, it will be ten times more easy. I promise you it will be so worth it! Highly recommend ❤
As a natural born American with multiple invisible disabilities (such as dyslexia), move to New Zealand if you can. You'll get better support from the NZ government for your child's disabilities and you will be closer to any of your family members living in the Philippines (aka better familiar support for your children). Florida is a shit show when it comes to public education besides a half dozen or so universities and a few select school systems (i.e. Sarasota County and any area full of rich people).
Hi. Yes. New Zealand citizens and permanent residents of New Zealand who meet the requirements to be 'ordinarily resident' can buy property without restrictions.
hello po! pwede ask ng advise? plan po namin mag tourist visa to NZ family of 3 kami then dyan po kami magfind ng job which can sponsor our work visa. Any insights po about our plan? I'm an accountant then husband my background sa construction and trade jobs
Hello po, nasa recession po ngayon, medyo mahirap maghanap ng work, down ang construction sa NZ, regarding Accountant naman medyo madami dito ang professionals na accountants, kaya isa ito sa mga least needed galing labas
Thanks for the video Please can a single live better there or must have a partner to survive over there? Hope the weather and people over there re friendly? Im planning to move over to NZ but im single.
Hello po mam. I like your videos and very informative po. By the way I'm a PHRN and I'm planning to take my CAP this coming January 2025. I have a question po, madali lang po ba kunin ang partner ko here sa Philippines pag may nakita na akong work sa NZ? Hindi pa po kami kasal po. Ano po ma advice nyo para mabilis ko makuha si partner? TIA po mam 🙏☺️
I miss north shore.. Sunnybrook kami last yr and we've been living there since 2017. Challenge nga Lang talaga cost of living dyan, that's why we moved here in AU now. Good luck Sa inyo and God bless.
lahat naman ng cost of living kahit saan country tumaas. I heard yung house prices sa AU is getting worse while house prices in NZ has stabilized. Been living in Auckland for 11 years, bought our house 4 years ago. Reason why we stayed in NZ is because of their outdoor activities. mountain bike park, surfing spot, campsites are all within driving distance lang plus hindi crowded. I can just leave my 3 year old playing in the river even in remote areas not worrying about crocs or other predators.
Hi! My daughter planning to study in NZ . Auckland University is good for international student ? We are here now in dubai ! Maybe u can help us to know more regarding international student she will study Nursing.
I saw video of Pinoy couple living in Rolleston. Rent daw nila 370 nzd per week in 2021. 3 years later times two na agad!?! Huwaw!! PS. Saan makakahanap ng affordable places? 20 % na ang cut ng Bnb!! Need to cut out the middleman.
Good one, So let say combined income of $180,000.00 less 33% tax =120,000.00 less rent and expenses = $27,000.00 savings more or less per year. How about your Premium Life Insurance, 6% Inflation per year. Air ticket and pasalubong? Maybe additional income are solution. Cheers
why are you more than the rest, not right be fine get it figured out I believe it will work out for you if it doesn't omg I don't know what I would do, Need support I am here defenitly

Very impressed with Filipino parents here. They work so hard for their kids. The kids need to appreciate this.

Thanks a lot, especially for the information about kids care options, very useful for parents
The detailed and complete video about expanses. Thanks👍
I used to live in NZ from Feb 1990 - Dec 2000. It seems the cost of living has skyrocketed.
If you pay 750 per week - Then you pay 750*52 weeks = 39,000 per year. 39,000 divided by 12 months = 3,250 on average
It's very very important detail given us. Thank you very much. ❤

just to add, you can claim 1/3 of your school donation and approved charity donations from IRD. Have a nice day!

Hello maam can I be part of your family?
Hello po! Is it cheaper in pak n save or costco?
Hello po.
I still prefer pak n save. Mas mura. Okay po ung costco if bulk buying and for some items na d po available sa local groceries dito. 😊

What's the point of living there? You said you lived in Dubai too. That's expensive too but I'd much rather just stay here in Texas.
Nice work 😊
how about Cooking fuel!!
They usually use electronic stoves nowadays, its rare to have LPG or butanes for cooking
Goodluck girl
