How to De-Winterize Your Inboard Boat For Summer

Today we talk about all the things you need to look out for before putting your boat in the water for the first time this summer. Some people call it de-winterize or summerize whatever you prefer.
Here are a few tips:
1. Check your bilge for any debris or oil spills.
2. Charge your batteries.
3. Check your water strainer and water inlet and outlet hoses and make sure everything is secure and water is running through
4. Run your engine before you get to the lake with a fake a lake or flush pro
5. Inspect hoses for cracking - the cold can be hard on them
