    ingredients:
    For rice:-
    #basmatirice - 2cups
    cloves - 5-6
    cinnamon - ½stick
    cardamom - 5-6
    pepper corn - 4-5
    bay leaf - 1
    oil - 1tbsp
    salt to taste
    mixed masala:-
    curd - 1tbsp
    coriander powder - 1tbsp
    turmeric powder - 1tsp
    red chilli powder - 1tsp
    ginger, garlic & green chilli paste - 1tbsp
    vegetables of your choice(eg potato, carrot, peas etc)
    onion - 1
    roasted nuts(cashew & almonds) - ½cup
    garam masala powder - 1tbsp
    kasoori methi - ¼cup
    ghee - 1tsp
    coriander leaves
    salt to taste
