@@HUMDUDE Absolutely! and it's such a good workout, I played a few games on my tip toes and sort of bouncing like you would in real life and heard rate stayed around the 140 mark, which is about the same a run for me.
For Index owners at least Dance Dash is new and fantastic. I don't know if foot tracking with quest controllers can ever work well, I haven't tried it personally, but with Vive trackers at least it's a blast and in the highest tier of VR workouts.
Check out the trailer for VRSO bare knuckle fighting. Looks brilliant. I wear a pair of adidas 0.5kg weighted gloves when I play sports games. They have a surprising effect even on games like the Climb 2 and Phantom Covert Ops.

i miss move ... it was better developt and much cheaper and also not have you staring in a goggle all the time. ps move would be so far now if they went through with it.

Absolutely! But if you want to box in Mixed reality the quest 2 pass through is far more grainy than the quest 3
