When you take an off-road vehicle to a very unusual place to off road. Just because it's made for off road, does not mean it's made for THAT off road. To many factors involved. This is strictly for heavily modified vehicles. I'm surprised the bronco made it without breaking more tie rods. Idk man🤷♂️ I’ve racked up 22k on one bronco all over the country beating the shit out of it in Moab, King of the hammers, Offroad parks, with out any failures besides smashing the Fck out of the gas tank, and bending the shit of the exhaust. This one I have now has 38k on it now it’s been twice as many places and trials, pulled 3100lb trailer that’s literally 2x the size of the bronco running in wide open basically from south TEXAS to California and back, and now I’ve been pulling another 2700 lb “overland” trailer in 4lo locked 🔒 frt/rear on 4 Rocky ass trails without any issues either. @@ChaseGentry buddy you maybe right about the luck of the draw on the tie rod steering rack thing , but going from 35” to 37” breaking tie rods , tells me that they are at the very end of tolerance as far as parts go , and the 300,000 transmission recall well that speaks for itself , i like the bronco, i own a jeep , but still like it , i just think Ford was trying to save a buck where they can to keep prices low enough but still pay for all the high tech in the bronco .. hey jeep has done it to they all do .. the best Broncos will be in like 5 years from now just my opinion tho could be way wrong 🤷🤷
Steering rack is the main problem with the tie rods but transmission? I haven't heard a single problem with the 10 speeds which are the main tried and true products. Maybe the 2.7 from what I hear online but mine at 14k miles and had a single problem and I'm 23 so you can guess how hard I drive it
The intro is a bunch of douche bags with all the "bro" acting, but the video gets better. Good message from Vaughn on what happens when you don't do a lift correctly or completely.
Check out Bronco Buster channel, he has a 3" body lift, tie rod brace, steering rack supports and steering rack replacement parts. This is old news, no suspension lift, do a 3" body lift and keep the steering geometry correct.
@@ChaseGentry me personally prefer these kind of videos without music, however I’m probably in the minority. He is incorrect i have personally seen a Bronco break a tie rod on 35’s at Rausch creek ..ford put a inferior part period , you should never be that close to a parts tolerance that it breaks that easy.. and the steering rack,, and the transmission … Ford has had alot of failures with the bronco and others lately .. there is simply no explaining that away…
Time will tell but I’ve been far more abusive on these two Broncos way past any sane individual who spent 60k plus on one.. 🤷♂️ luck of the draw maybe
@@PhatboyHD88 definitely a lot of validity here 🤙🏻 I’ll report back via video if/when something fails on my current one🤘🏻
Steering rack is the main problem with the tie rods but transmission? I haven't heard a single problem with the 10 speeds which are the main tried and true products. Maybe the 2.7 from what I hear online but mine at 14k miles and had a single problem and I'm 23 so you can guess how hard I drive it
@@eliasgutierrez6789 agreed.
The intro is a bunch of douche bags with all the "bro" acting, but the video gets better. Good message from Vaughn on what happens when you don't do a lift correctly or completely.
Only douche bags criticize others just sayin 🤭😉😂 thanks for watching, commenting, and Engaging though you sure helped this douche bag.
Check out Bronco Buster channel, he has a 3" body lift, tie rod brace, steering rack supports and steering rack replacement parts. This is old news, no suspension lift, do a 3" body lift and keep the steering geometry correct.
Great explanation of the tie rod issue, but couldn’t watch the whole thing. The mall crawler music ruined it for me.
What would you rather have?
@@ChaseGentry me personally prefer these kind of videos without music, however I’m probably in the minority. To me hip hop fits better with street racing or drifting, not trail busting and rock crawling, all I could think was “why am I watching an off road video while listening to an artist that’s afraid to get his shoes dirty” lol. Honestly biggest issue I had with the music was the volume. Unless your watching a music video it should be a quieter background layer to fill drawn out portions and keep people interested, not full blast and covering everything. I also have no idea how difficult it may be to adjust the audio level as I know nothing about video editing. Sorry about the off topic rant, but since you took the time to respond I felt you deserved an honest response.
@@ChaseGentry Music is good for establishing shots or times when no audio is recorded correctly (time lapse, Drone). When a normal time wheeling shots I just want to hear the engine, rock dirt noise and tires. Helps to see and learn especially when the driver is Vaughn Gittin Jr.
Basically it’s weak af
But what about "built Ford tough"?
Made it a few min in and couldn't deal with the 11 year old music 🤢
Good thing you stopped watching
I call bs. Look all the other vehicles running larger tires on stock tie rods. Ford Bronco tie rods are garbage!
Thanks for the view
