@@kimdonal3828 Nah, I think at this point she is only hurting herself. I think the damage was done with her lies, but the world got to hear them and they agree with the judge. This is just who she is, and she is showing the world that she is a liar, and she cannot walk away till she gets her way. She is just supporting all of the accusations, of her just not letting go, and Johnny doing all he can to get away so it doesn't escalate, so she won't hit him, and he doesn't finally lose it and hit back. She is living up to her personality disorders to the world. Just the fact that she was found to be lying under oath, and now is still trying to defame Johnny, I don't know if that can factor into her request for an appeal. I haven't figured out if her Lawyer is out there saying things like she drank the Koolaid, because Amber blames her and she is being pressured to be so unprofessional as to lie about what happened in that court room, but she is an enabler to Amber, and she was the one that started speaking out against Depp and even insulting the intelligence of a jury.

There's no such thing as "my truth". There is *THE* truth. Truth is not a subjective thing. It's either true or its not. She was either abused or she wasn't. That is actually a phrase I use all the time whenever I hear someone talking about “their truth” or “her truth” or “his truth” or “my truth.” That has to be one of the dumbest sayings/phrases in our modern vernacular and I can only roll my eyes whenever I hear it. The truth is the truth, period, and the truth isn’t about what you believe or how you feel, it’s about things that actually happened.
Turd would’ve been completely in the clear if she had said that she FELT like she was abused by Johnny, because feelings and beliefs are like opinions - they’re neither true nor false and they can’t be proven or disproven. “Pizza is my favorite food,” or “”I believe in god,” or “I feel like my ex-husband was emotionally abusive to me” are all examples of this. I can not prove nor disprove that pizza is my favorite food, that I do or don’t believe in god, or that I feel as though my ex abused me - and neither can anyone else.
What Turd isn’t free to say is that Johnny actually DID abuse her if he didn’t, which is what she did. And then she had to actually create situations that didn’t happen in order to sustain what she said, which she was unable to produce any evidence of to prove - because it didn’t happen. The entire basis of our justice system lies in evidence - whether evidence to prove someone did something or evidence to show they didn’t, and she had neither.
I don’t know what the hell made her think she could just get up on the stand and fake cry and that would somehow override all the actual evidence Johnny had, but from everything we’ve learned about her through all this it doesn’t surprise me because she comes off as a huge narcissist.

I found it so ridiculous and bizarre when the man in this panel said if someone believed what AH said, then it wasn’t a lie. But the jury didn’t believe her based on facts, witnesses testified and evidences. Wasn’t it obvious enough to prove that she lied.

And the bulk of her witnesses were hear say testimonies which I still can't get over that the judge allowed that. As far as I remember her only real witness to physical abuse was her sister and that was quickly proven to be untrue. Whitney's previous testimony claimed he pushed her to the side so he could get at Heard, then it later became he hit her in the back before going for Heard. Then Whitney's friend claimed that she had told her just after the incident that Heard was attacking Johnny and she was scared that Heard would kill him.
Says “I don’t blame the jury”. That’s a pity because the jury blames you and rightly so.

There are images from a couple of days ago of Amber Heard, accompanied by her sister, flying in a small private jet - up from Virginia, a stop over in Washington DC, to NYC, and then back again. At each stop Ms Heard is seen stepping off the private jet onto the tarmac, with her sister, "smiling", seemingly very happy.
There were a lot of questions regarding this trip. Now it clearly seems this trip was to fly Ms Heard to this NBC interview. The smile, that was constantly on her face? Joyfulness, I presume, that she was once again be treated 'first class', and, being asked to 'perform' once again in front of cameras.

I'm sorry, but, when was Amber silent about the verdict? She said she just wants Johnny to leave her alone but she just keeps going after him. Continuing to defame someone after they have lost their case is still defamation. Whether she believes herself to be telling the truth does not hold water here because she was the source of the facts that lost her case. She was the one that testified under oath that a particular incident happened then further into the trial claimed something different. That is what proved that she was lying. A number of times she was also found to have premeditated her actions towards J Depp to establish evidence. Her absolute denial that she wrote the op-ed about him, then blurting out " That's why I wrote the op-ed about him... " If she is allowed an appeal, it will be an injustice as she clearly tried to abuse the legal system thinking she was smarter than the law.
