I own the sand version of the 32l Caribee and I love it. Saying that, I never use it for heavy loads or overnight trips because it sags down my back. If only the shoulder straps would keep it high on my shoulders, it would be my go to pack every time. Thanks for sharing your load out with us!
The excessive flames from your Trangia are caused by what's called 'thermal runaway' - The methylated spirits got too hot and the gas was combusting at too high a rate, causing the flames to violently lick around the sides of your cup... To avoid this, give your Trangia a bit more space to breathe air - However, I do recognise that this is not possible with your current Pathfinder setup...
I have a question, i saw that you attached your sleeping bag to the bottom or underside of the pack, did you add the straps or were they already there to put the sleeping bag in.
@@Darkmeteor1 Nope, the bag comes with the webbing in the bottom like that! Lol my sewing skills would not produce that Pretty awesome, don’t think I’ll ever buy another bag that doesn’t include that feature, so handy...
This was great. You should do more reviews 🙂

Awesome vid, would like to see you take this gear out for a camp !
I’ll try my best 😅
Lol. Great work Charmaine. I’ve packed mine out and I get just over 8kg for an overnighter! That’s without that side pouch
Excellent work
Xiexie😁
Great Video and impressive kit. You will have to try our new M35 Incursion as it has the hip belt you are after!
Ive had this bag since 2017 great bag but i feel like its a bit bulky for its size i might be very wrong about that though
Came for the review, stayed for the cooking show.

How much food did you manage to get in there
I managed to get 2 eggs, 2 mi goreng packets, 1 miso soup packet and a 30ml bottle of oil. Could of added more but I was only doing an overnighter 😁
@@rusticcharnanigan that’s actually pretty impressive, very nice. I’m thinking of getting this bag myself for some overnighters
Just discovered your channel while looking for reviews on Caribee Daypacks. Are you still liking the pack ?
Helllooo - this pack we grew further and further apart, as the lack of hip belt is really taxing on my back 😬
@@rusticcharnanigan yes. It’s an important feature if using hiking I think.

This bag doesn’t come with those straps unfortunately but thankfully $4-6 on eBay only! 💁♀️💁♀️
@@rusticcharnanigan Thanks, so did you sew the four areas at the bottom for the straps to attach ? timestamp 2:26
2:27 , my mistake

This is NOT a review. It's a "watch me" pack video. Almost useless!
Shame on you 🖕
