    My daughter's a teenager and she loves Popeyes. She usually picks to eat there when I'm treating her. But one time she let me pick, so I picked the restaurant opposite Popeyes so she could look at it while we ate other food. That food was not good. She nearly cried. Lol.

      @BomberFletch31 I suppose some of them don't have "the means" to pay for good food or the time to prepare it. Or they've got great parents who are just sh!te at cooking ;)

    Joel I have tried Popeyes and it's very good here in Canada. Also Canads and Europe have Strict Food Regulations in there countries. There is no hormones, antibiotics and preservatives allowed in the food at all. Also the Governments of Europe have put a Sugar tax on any products with sugar. Canada did the same in 2010 called the Sugar Tax Act. Anything that has more than 15 grams of sugar is taxed. Sugar cereals, Fruitiopia, juices with added sugar, ice tea.

    You need to give credit where credit is due: this is the Fulham Boys School in the south of London, and the guys from the "Jolly" channel (Josh and Ollie) have a very close relationship with the school and their headmaster. (In a later video they appoint the Headmaster "Lord Smith" of Scotland and it's hilarious). One of my other favorite episodes is where Josh and Ollie are invited to meet His Majesty King Charles at Buckingham Palace, and the King actually knows who these two youtubers are! More recently, "Jolly" has taken a group of Fulham Boys all the way to Korea, which is where Josh went to college. It's an absolute riot to see these boys' reactions! ^_^

    Interesting...Mash and gravy is available in KFC in Australia. It was hilarious when the kid put his chips into the burger and the American interviewer was surprised. Very British. And Australian. The only scones I will eat are Devonshire Teas (served with jam and cream). A British tradition that has made its way to Australia from colonisation.

      Maybe your local Popeyes just sucks? We got that with the local KFC. It's basically inedible now as the give a fudge about their workers and pay them basically nothing. Kinda tragic if you see what they want for their stuff... I suppose with a motivated workforce (as in living wages and at least basic benefits) it wouldn't suck neither here nor at your Popeyes...

    You have fat chickens in America? Everyone said about the our chicken being small in comparison?! Do you wait till the chicken has died from diabetes and then euthanize him? I'm just kidding, but I'd probably only visit Popeyes once as I can't take even the smallest amount of hot spice.

    The reason they are bigger is because they don't use Chicken. They use dead Cats. Ok! I made that up.

      Wouldn't be surprised at all. Rumor had it the McRib at McDs was only available a couple of months each year because they ran out of pig sphincters and hooves ;)

      @101steel4 Their school is located in south-west London (semi-posh area), so why you don't think they sound English, I don't know.

      @101steel4 , so in your opinion London isn't English? OK Still, nothing like Chicago, unless that's your code for something else? Hmm?

    The problem with fast food chains in the UK after a few months the quality starts to drop like the portions start getting smaller and the frys are cold and soggy

    • @peterpain6625
      @peterpain6625 2 years ago +2

      Not an UK only problem. Same over here on the continent. They seem to employ some kind of well trained "opening workforce" and seem to discard them slowly one by one after a good opening because "omg, people demand a living wage!!!" or something ;)
