I'm like you Mike ------ If I can do it ----- I'll do it ----- Like those axle bearings ------- Some things we just can't though ------- Thanks for the video --------- Hope you and Ali have a Merry Christmas and Wishing you both the Best for the New Year -------- Rodney
Mike just a little knowledge from an old car guy. Growing up in the 50's and 60's General motors was all I ever owned, especially the 55-64 chev's and Corvettes. The big "P" found on the rear chuck denoted it was a Positraction unit. Non Positraction rear ends did not have the "P" on the chuck. And what was nice the 55-64 rear ends were all interchangable.Brian in Chelmsford Mass...
Pretty straight foward especially when u have the press, all clean, take ur time,do it right the first time..good video Mike, wishing u an Allie and familys a Merry Christmas & New Yr.
Glad you and your channel are back on. I understand your reasoning for having a brake. If I had my time again I would definitely of chosen a different path. Anyway if I get the chance I’m thinking of a holiday over there and if I could put the drags in that it would be amazing. So take care, have a very merry Christmas and all the very best for the new year to you and your family and friends.
I know I'm a bit early. I hope you and your family have a happy New Year Mike. Like everyone else, I'm glad you're back. You are a very talented individual Mike. Don't let days like that get you down. It happens to us all. Nothing goes right. Everything gets put on temporary hold waiting for parts. And how could you "misinform" our youth ? I'm gonna lose sleep over this.
All is good ! I’ve got the paint now, my ventilation system and things are coming together. Thank you for following along. I’m making strong moves at the moment and I’m happy to be back on RUclips taking you guys on the journey.
I had a good laugh. 😁 However it lead me to do some research and learn the info I needed to know. I came out a smarter person… thanks to his comment. 😎👍🏼

I appreciate all the kind words.
I really hope you don’t lose sleep like I have been. Haha.
Been following you for awhile, love what you do, also building a 33 roadster myself.
Thanks so much. 33 roadster … woah. Dream car for sure !
You have a tri-five rear axle housing. The center pumpkin can be from 55 to 64, but only 58 to 64 used the "P" case with positraction.
Yup I do.
Glad to see you back on Mike. Absolutely enjoy watching your Channel. One of the best!
Thank you 🙏🏼
Don't forget to put oil in that sucker. doing a great job, Mike.

Sorry NAPA couldn't help you with paint Mike--Brad's house is about halfway from me to you if I can help someday...
All is good ! I’ve got the paint now, my ventilation system and things are coming together.
Thank you for following along. I’m making strong moves at the moment and I’m happy to be back on RUclips taking you guys on the journey.
Are you missing a wheel stud on one of those axles? Wouldn’t it had been easier to replace that while the axle was out?
Yup, there’s one missing. I ordered one but it hadn’t shown up yet.
I can do it when it shows up.
Can you tell me what year the hubcaps on the coupe are. I’d like to get some for my 35. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
They’re 1955/56 Ford Caps. I know they came on Tbirds
Were you able to find the axle bearings?
Yup. I posted a video up installing them and putting the axle back together.
Misinforming future generations of hotrodders....smh
Personally, i think all you do is informative and entertaining.
I had a good laugh. 😁
However it lead me to do some research and learn the info I needed to know.
I came out a smarter person… thanks to his comment.

@ThisOldHotrod that's what I like about your channel. You don't claim to know it all and are personable. Glad your back.
