Roads in Punawale are worst..I think all residents stop to pay property tax to PCMC till the time they provide proper infrastructure as well as fully cancelled garbage depot plan which was pending since from 2008..PCMC just gave 3.5 Cr payment to forest land but now Punawale population is more than 1L n expected to become double in next 5 yrs the way development is happening..I think PCMC is getting yearly property tax 10000 times more than they paid to forest land..Stop paying property tax.. Everything will be fine within year

Prices are low currently because of no clarity on SWM and less infra. By 2026 we will see a drastic change in these locations.

News is confirmed by PCMC today that garbage depot will be establish in Punawale only n process will be start in coming December..They have handed over land in vardha to forest department..As resident we need to strongly appose n strong protest against the same n have to make sure any how garbage depot should not come in Punawale

Don't buy flats in punawale .. It's heavily loaded with public but with NO basic facilities like road, water, gardens, electricity .. One of the major disadvantage of this area is the news of proposed dumping yard .. Sir please make a separate and dedicated video on this proposed dumping yard , really it will be very helpful if you can make detailed video and update the proper actions those are currently taking place by PCMC
Hi Saudaghar team, my builder mistakenly printed wrong building number on my registration paper which I pointed to them on the day of the registration appointment. Now they're in process of cancellation of my registration as they'd made the challan for it. It's been more than a month now and I am not getting proper update from them Can you tell me how long the cancellation process takes place. The builder's legal team says that after the cancellation process the money will be refunded to my account and then I'll have to pay my registration fee again and then the new registration process will start. Can you please guide me how should I push them or what further steps i need to take or how to follow with them. Should I hire a lawyer and confront them. Please advise, thanks in advance 🙏

Not whole Punawale is bad. Punawale which adjoining Aundh-Ravet BRT road is good locality and also far from proposed SWM site to cause any future issues. It depends on project location and road connectivity. Not whole Punawale has issue especially eastern side of Punawale. Those who are planning to invest can go with Punawale or Tathawade on eastern side of highway(going towards Mumbai). This is not any promotional post but based on personal experience and investment. Those who has already invested all the best for your fight. I hope you will win the battle. But, I still believe people should have given a second thought before investing very close to proposed SWM site. At the end peace post purchase of property is most important.
