    As usual a very entertaining video! I was thinking about the potential snakes on your hike, before you mentioned them. I do really like wearing open shoes as well... but you make a good point in regard to maybe a bite or I guess easier to scrape toes on sharp objects? My favorite two scenes were of course the cable car in the sky... and the Drone shot of the amazing boulders with the stone house below... I was thinking I shall take some rope in my pack for repelling down to that place.. it doesn't look inhabited .. what do you think? :) Thanks again for a great show!! Looking forward to the next places you go.... Still waiting on my passport.... says another 6-12 weeks :/

    • @FinnDelMundoTravel
      @FinnDelMundoTravel  3 года назад

      HEY HIVOLCO!! Those two were my favourite moments in the video also! It probably dragged on too long when I included the mines, food and Airbnb scenes. I think in future videos I’ll only edit in the moments like the cable car and lookout drone sequences 😀!! I would say you hold more confidence than me in wanting to abseil down to that structure below 😜, I never got to see what that was and only realised it was there while editing the drone footage. Why such a long wait for your new passport!? In NZ the process takes a week at the most 😃

    Since you are that far north in Mexico, do anything possible (seriously) to visit San Luis Potosi City, another beautiful Mexican City. If you liked Guanajuato, you'll love San Luis Potosi, BUT, the great secret this State (same name) keeps in is in its luscious Jungle: 'Cascada de Tamul' (Tamul Waterfalls), 'Sotano de las Golondrinas' (Cave of Swallows), and the surreal Stone Gardens of 'Xilitla'. You won't regret it. There's no place in the World to equal these marvels. Google them, you'll be highly surprised. If you have time, then visit the mysterious formerly ghost town of 'Real del Catorce', an ancient posh mining town abandoned more than a century ago, that now is being repopulated by a new artsy Mexican community. Life stood still at the moment it was abandoned, but now it can be enjoyed as life used to be centuries ago. Thank me for the tip later. Seriously. Cheers

No te arrepentirás. No hay lugar en el mundo para igualar estas maravillas. Búscalos en Google, te sorprenderá mucho. Si tiene tiempo, visite el misterioso pueblo fantasma de 'Real del Catorce', un antiguo y elegante pueblo minero abandonado hace más de un siglo, que ahora está siendo repoblado por una nueva comunidad artística mexicana. La vida se detuvo en el momento en que fue abandonada, pero ahora se puede disfrutar como solía ser la vida hace siglos. Gracias por el consejo más tarde. En serio. Salud
