Out of curiosity, why did you not show step-by-step how you actually linked all the buttons, including the AC? I am having a hard time figuring out why it doesn't connect to AC and besides the light nothing works😂
$250 on sale is still too pricey IMO (especially since the discount code does not work on sale items). For that money I would expect backlit buttons and a more useful high-res display.
I like that you can customize your Tesla. There are now three controls you can buy that I know of, this, the S3XY Knob and the less elegant solution with toggle switches that also attach to the bottom of the screen. I know that some people like the minimalism and that's good, but some people want the feel and response of a physical button. Thanks for the review, this was useful information for me.

Looks like it the attachment to the screen is flimsy, as you had to hold it as you were pressing the buttons. True?

Cant do that if on the phone. Also kinda weird to do mid conversation if talking to your passengers
