As with Every. Single. Dimash. Song. This. Is. The. Greatest. Ever ! Until the next song he sings. He is beyond words. His humility is precious. Back a few years ago, I spent hours watching videos of him (and his family), in airports. He greets and talks with his fans, always so humble, and genuine. He starts out with his luggage, and little by little his fans are shoving bags of gifts in his arms, and by the time they make it to the plane, even his family have their arms full of the outpouring of gifts and flowers from his adoring fans. He is so adorable. Thank you for this reaction !

On August 19, 2021, for the first time the sound of kobyz was heard on the stage of the New Wave Hall in Sochi Olympic Park.
The tandem of Igor Krutoy (piano) and Dimash Qudaibergen (voice) with the best Kobys player in the world Olzhas Qurmanbek, have presented a new, really unique song in English with enchanting oriental melodies.
The idea to add kobyz to the new song came to Dimash after he first heard the melody "Stranger". He decided that the folk instrument would fit perfectly into the song, giving it an exciting sound. The performer of the kobyz part is Olzhas Kurmanbek.
The music was created by Russian song-writer Igor Krutoy (musictitan, billionaire), and the lyrics were written by Mary Sharon Vaughn (*1947, is an American musician, songwriter and producer. She writes hits for famous singers around the world) The main arrangement was made by Dimitris Kontopoulos (Greece) and Yerlan Bekchurin (Kazakhstan).
“It was Dimash’s talent that inspired me to write this song, his immense vocal abilities and his desire to sing for a large international audience. Franky, I don’t see anyone else who could perform this piece in such a way”, - Krutoy said. (Source: Dimashnews)

For me it is impressive that in almost the same lyrics, during the interpretation Dimash gave them new meanings and emotions starting from the uncertainty and shyness of stepping on a new territory, going to the final meaning that not only has the power to take it from the beginning here, in this new territory, but because he will get the victory, at least that's how I interpret the part of the force in the end! I'm crazy about Di. 😄 I'm sorry, I'm helpless and I can't stop...😂😂😂 I'm fascinated and totally obsessed with Dimash's magic...🤩🤩🤩 Let me give you some information. The traditional Kazakh instrument at the beginning of the song is Kobyz. Kobyz has two strings made of horse hair. The resonating cavity is usually covered with goat skin. There is no gram of metal in this instrument. Kobyzes were sacred instruments, owned by shamans (traditional spiritual medics). According to legends, the kobyz and its music could banish evil spirits, sicknesses and death.
Now about the song...Stranger is the first masterpiece of the last Dimash trilogy. That's how I call it.😉😁 It symbolise birth. This performance is full of symbols Everything, the music, his voice, his movements, lyrics, the whole staging, the lights, the slowly moving light circle behind Dimash at the very beginning, absolutely everything you see and hear symbolise the whole birth process, from the beginning to the end. At the beginning 9 man and 9 women carry candles /the small light of life/. They hide Dimash. His high notes in the middle, symbolise mother's cry. At the moment he was born, the candles go out and the stage goes on fire. His longest note at the end symbolise his very first breath. It means I ARIVED. Absolutely mind blowing performance. The second one, Fly Away, is our life path-the matrix in which we live. The spinning globe at the back ground all the time, shows the scale of this matrix. Again, everything in this performance is full of symbols - the creepy zombies, the dancers movements, Dimash's movements, the lyrics... Everything evokes the filling of rebellion. Dimash fights with this matrix and he desperately wish to escape of it. He is the only one who refuse to dance the matrix dance. He wanna fly away. And the final song of this trilogy Ave Maria - that's our soul's fly to the heaven. Absolutely stunning. Absolutely. STUNNING. /All 3 songs are on his channel/. Amazing reaction.
