Happy designing, everyone!! :) Let me know what apps/tools/software you're using for your stickers. Would love to know. :) Here's another tutorial to watch: 👍 CREATE STICKERS IN KEYNOTE FOR YOUR DIGITAL PLANNERS ruclips.net/video/1vY75mOhf1E/видео.html
I love this video!!!! This is going to save my credit card 😂 I have been using Microsoft Publishers to make my own planner inserts. I am going to play around with Canva and see if I can make my own personal planner wide inserts.
Oh I'm so glad to be of help. I've a lot of Canva planner templates layouts tutorials. You might wanna check them out.😀😀 And who knows, maybe you'll even try InDesign in the future. 😊
@@eddiemejia3850 Oh you'll love Indesign. :) It's not that hard. Once you get used to the basic tools (which I have a video on as well), you'll be fine. Yes, please check out my Indesign Tutorial Playlist and also some Indesign template layouts in my Create With Jet Playlist. :) I normally create videos specifically for beginners. :) Thanks!!
Thank you. Yes, any printable can be used digitally. :) It's how you save it and how your application uses it. Some would want a png file or even individual files. Other apps, you can upload the pdf or png and just cut the stickers from there.
Please check out my video description. I have some sites where you can download really good images/graphics/icons/elements. :) Thank you for watching!!!
Thank you so much for this great tutorial. I have a question: for flower graphics that you have in squares can I use the free ones provided in Canva if I want to sell my stickers?
So, when you finished creating it, what kind of paper to print it to? and do you cut it with scissors or any special cutter, I hope you will create a video of that as well in the future... cheers
😊 You can print it on any sticker paper and cut it with scissors or other tools..whatever makes it easier. You can also export it to cricut maybe and make outlines etc. 😊
Very Informative video!! My question is, what if i make a sticker sheet in Canva and want to sell it digitally...what format should i download and if i upload it to my Etsy shop, would it be usable as a whole sticker sheet or they can use one by one my stickers in the sticker sheet in their planners? Should i upload one by one the stickers? How these all work, i am confused! Btw, i am a subscriber now :)
If you want to sell it, you can give them the PNG and/or PDF file. However you design your stickers for printing is up to you. You can design it per sticker (which is more tedious unless it's a big sized sticker like 3.5in x 3.5in) or as many stickers on one page (for planners and journals). All up to you. :) Thank you for subscribing too!
I loved this and look forward to making my own planner stickers. I do have one question, what kind of paper do you print it on so that it has the sticky back to stick them into your planner.
Hi Jet Sy, Thank you for your tutorial. How do you drag you graphic at 4.06 become perfectly fit into the rectangle (sticker on top left). I have been trying it but its doesnt fit automatically like yours. And i couldn't drag the pattern as well fit into the frame that i made, the pattern keep on the square shape. I hope you understand what i meant 🙏🥰🥰 Thank youu
:) You're welcome and thank you too. Oh, it doesn't really snap. You have to manually fit it inside the box. As for the pattern, some images or graphics are proportionally constrained. Sometimes they won't fit exactly but you can try double-clicking on it and with this, you can place or size it accordingly (not totally sure as I haven't seen your pattern/image). But just try it. :)
@@travelingdesigner thank you Jet Sy, i drag the pattern one from the canva and the pattern block the shape that i made. It looks the pattern has clear background but when i drag it, it cover the shape :D

New subscriber now :) I'm watching your videos for the whole week and I'm learning a lot :). Just wondering how to use those stickers and add it to my planner? Do you have a video for that? :)
Thanks for subbing! :) Happy new year! :) What planner do you have? Digital or Paper. Either way, you can create different sizes of stickers that will fit your planner. For digital, the size won't matter as you can always resize it in your digital planner. For paper planners, just create whatever size you want, save it as pdf (high quality) and print it on a sticker paper. :)
@@travelingdesigner happy new year. I'm using digital one. Just wondering how I can paste it. Should I swve my stickers as png?? I want to paste just the picture and not a square cropped picture
Yes, absolutely okay!:) As long as you don't have any images that are licensed or copyrighted, totally fine! :) If you're using Canva's images, they're free so it's ok.
Thanks for the tut! One question: I create a Full Box PNG with 1.5x1.9 in Inkscape. But, after upload to Canva and drag into a 8,5x11 page, the full box get large! Do you know how to fix it? I wish to drag the image with the same size for the sticker itself.
You will have to resize it manually, I think. From my experience, whatever you upload to Canva, it doesn't retain the actual size. I could be wrong here but that's always the case whenever I upload any elements. :)
Thank you..are these digital stickers? What if I want to sell actual 'hold in your hand' stickers on Etsy? How are these printed out on to sticker paper with all their different shapes, help I'm confused..
This can be digital or physical. If you want to sell it physically, you can design on whatever sticker paper size you have. In this tutorial, the size I used is 8.5x11in. So if I wanted to print this, I will have to use 8.5x11in sticker paper. :)

They can print it directly on sticker paper or print on ordinary paper and glue it. 2. Does Etsy provides it as a sticker. >> I don't think Etsy does printing. They're just a selling platform.
