This was by far the BEST tutorial on magnetic bookmarks...so thorough and easy to follow. I was a little confused by why you run the already laminated bookmarks back through when folded but when I did it, WOW what a difference. They stay folded and the magnet closes so much better! Thanks so much for this tutorial!!

@@Beautifulmeandyou hello. I used all materials you suggested. But it's not cutting through. What settings are you using? It's a brand new blade. Any help would be great. Thank you
Update I got it finally to cut through but after I bend them in half the laminate on the inside is coming apart. I'm just struggling 🥴🤦‍♀️

You make me want to do this…I’d just need to buy all the needed items, figure out the Cricut cut settings, and buy a new printer (because mine is crappy) 😂. You are a great teacher! ❤ I have to say your tutorial was awesome. You explained everything in detail. I am very detail ordinate kinda person. I learned through visionally seeing everything and I've been wanting to buy a Cricket and a good printer, but I was just very hesitated, but the way you explained everything step-by-step. Thank you so much, sister, I appreciate you and I'm excited and I use Canva too. So thank you so much, I just gotta repeat it. Thank you. Finally, I found a youtuber that explains it properly for me LOL.

These are so fun, I had to give it a try! The only thing that I had issues with was the lamination. 1. After it was cut in my Cricut, the layers of laminate instantly started to peel and 2. When I fold the bookmarks, the laminate buckles on the underside. I did try to run the bookmark through the laminating machine again after it was cut and folded, but it still peeled apart. How do you keep the lamination from losing its seal and from buckling? Thanks for this tutorial! It's still super fun, I'd just like to know what I might be doing wrong!
