Thanks for the feedback. 1- No, you can’t apply for citizenship with a $200K investment. You’ll need to add another property with value of at least $50K. 2- No, you don’t lose your citizenship. However you can’t sell your property within the first 3 years. Transfer of ownership of the property is restricted.

@@tobyluke906 Nope. You have to live in Turkey for 5 years with only for 6 months being out of the country. Then you can apply for citizenship and after taking some tests and following the procedure if you are deemed eligible you can become a Turkish citizen. But again, that’s not %100.
