I recently bought from Back Market and I had never heard of them before looking to replace my phone. I was impressed by their service and selection. I got my phone only a couple days after ordering it and it came with a cable too. I selected their "Excellent" condition option which was actually cheaper than the "Good" option that was also available. The phone was just as described and is currently working great. I'm not the biggest fan of their "hip" or "youth" slang/phrases and tone they use on their site and emails. Very "How do you do fellow kids?" vibes, but hey, as long as they provide great service at competitive prices, I'll consider them the next time I need a new electronics purchase.
I'm glad to hear you had a good experience, I agree their communications aren't to everyone's liking, but I did find their placement of a random link to 'fried Mars bars' or something like that, for no apparent reason (on the bottom of their website) quite amusing. Are you saying that you'd consider doji next time?
firstly, love your videos thanks. Ive been carefully looking for a phone on back market for a few days now, doing my research. never heard of Doji until this video, I just had a look for the iphone 13 im after on there.... only 2 listed and both asking £3000!! (no thats not a typo!) I'll stick to back market
Thanks for watching! That's weird, the last time I bought from them was for this video, but I checked and everything looks fairly normal now, so maybe it was another bug 🤣 anyway backmarket is probably safer...
Hi there, actually if you click on the bit where it says 83%, it says that for 'excellent' it promises at least 85% percent... a bit confusing tbh. i think thats all Backmarket promise too, not great for excellent imo, but same across the board...
I think they probably don't cater to the US yet, their site is a '.co.uk' and doji.com does not appear to exist. Maybe at some point in the future though...
The trick is you find family members/friends who are not so into tech and help them buy a phone that makes sense for them, and I get to make a video on it... Useful for them, cheap for me. I don't keep most of them.

All in all would you say I could trust them if I make a purchase?
With my sample size of one it went fine, so yes... But check out their trustpilot for other reviews, maybe it'll help you decide...
how am i the first comment?? ahah is this only for the uk or also for the us?
