broĸen sOUL try doing the exercises softly ( don’t put too much effort and volume for the first month so your vocal chords can get used to the exercise without sounding warbled and screechy ) . Let me know how it goes !
hi. i loveee your videos. but just one thing that disturbed me was, you talk a lot in between exercises. it would be great if you said all of that in the end. yes those are great advices but just not in the middle man! love ya
