@@cm01 Still the 7700K (used in the video) could be overclocked very well if you delidded it and the IPC's are as near as makes no difference to 10th gen. But without delidding and overclocking it isn't that great by today's standards.

I have this exact model, got it a while back during the black friday sales. Living through the bushfires here in Australia, it came to handy to clear up the smoky air indoors. Efficient filtering and easy to swap them out (though we haven't needed to just yet) but if there's one problem, it's that the noise level is quite loud on high speeds.
They didn't even build the PC IN the fan. They just built a custom case and mounted the fan ontop of it. They could've just put the bloody fan on top of the original pc case without going thru so much trouble dafuq.
We bought Dyson vacuum cleaner to our house and since than I like to vacuum. It's such a dramatic change over the old one that it became my favourite piece of tech. So I think that making sponsored video about it is on the point.
4:52 The lines you had to sand down are due to export parameters, not printer limitation. You need to increase the angular tolerance (or similar term for your software) in order to get more polygons in your STL file. It will yield a larger file (I guess you dont care) but will increase dramatically the "roundness" of your print.

After you first showed that remote at the event you were at. I was overjoyed because it's exactly what I needed. Due to space restrictions, my PC power button is literally 10 feet in the air. So after getting that remote, I no longer have to stand on a wobbly swivel chair.
I wish they had shown the actual build, we saw a little bit when they lifted the lid but it would've been nice to see the assembly process in more detail. Anyways, cool video and great job on the build!

Wreless display output and wireless peripherals and the only addition thing you will see is a second power cable and the base add-on, which to most would go unnoticed. So you could make it be almore iddentical in appearance to the original fan.
@@liteoner if they know you and you can demonstrate decent awareness, frankly its not hard to compile better compatibility pc builds than even luxury pc prebuild companies as they all cut corners and standardise, picking the right motherboards for the job aint easy though, even well reviewed boards can come with issues the reviewers dont tell you about.

Could have just used your CNC for carving the base out of a block of aluminum. Makes sense too with the white plastic and the silver parts of the fan. Could have also connected the PC below with the intake of the HEPA filter. Would be way better than the mini fans.

To be fair a 7700 isn't a great cpu (as "slow" as a 3200G depending on workload), but that's mainly due to massive leaps in the past few years.

My Vista machine was FAST back in the day
Could have just used your CNC for carving the base out of a block of aluminum. Makes sense too with the white plastic and the silver parts of the fan.
Could have also connected the PC below with the intake of the HEPA filter. Would be way better than the mini fans.
