I still love the viral marketing stunt. It's great how they portray how clever Saul is and how everyone who knows him sees it, too.
It's also fun to watch him operate as a lawyer. They show him going above and beyond and getting those wins.

When is next episode coming? You're really fun to watch with. I wish copyright would stop harassing footage that is partially covered up or in any other way not enjoyable unless you've already seen it. Like what you're doing with that text over it is perfect, no one in their right might would watch it like this for the first time.

I don't think Jimmy stole the logo, etc., and THEN thought of the video. I saw it as all being planned out ahead of time. Steal the logo, etc. / Create billboard / Make sure Howard sees it / Wait for the ruling to take it down / Act out the news story. If you haven't figured it out by now, Jimmy is completely brilliant.
I'm not entirely convinced of that. It seems possible that he came up with this when no journalist would take his story. But either way he's brilliant!

@@KelseasComments It's definitely possible to have only occurred to Jimmy after being rebuffed by the local news folks. But I'm w/ Brumley on this one. It's also possible that Jimmy would've had the same exact thing staged at the same site if a legit news outlet had taken him up on doing a story (he's quite persuasive, and woulda been able to convince the news channel/anchor to film at that site, if they weren't gonna do that already. If he'd not had this in mind from the jump, whoa would that've been a big expenditure just to piss Howard off. But you're of course right that Jimmy's pretty brilliant at times. And your thought that Jimmy created the situation without knowing at its conception that he'd use it in the way he did is something that, I believe, he does later in the series. And this situation (and its use...) I'm thinking of is more in question as to whether it was planned ahead of time or not by Jimmy. I of course will not be mentioning what I'm thinking of, spoilers yada yada. But to my understanding, even now, serious fans of the show, and IIRC even people who actually worked on the show, still are not clear on if it was planned ahead or not by Jimmy. And it was kind of a major event... Rock on, Kelsea :)
@@ForcesInMotion I totally agree. I think the stream of events beginning with his makeover and culminating in the dramatic rescue, was all of a piece. Jimmy is cheesy, but he's also "clever cheesy" which was on display during his spiel for the cameras. Given the "heroic" outcome of the entire incident, his audience decidedly found him praiseworthy rather than pathetic.

The con artists creed (or self delusional rationalization) is that "you can't cheat an honest man."
What does that even mean??
I think that the idea is that an honest person wouldn't ever fall for a set up that appeals to someone's dishonest greed. Or perhaps the con artist likes to believe that there is no such thing as an honest man.
Jimmy is smart and has been doing this for some time; he can probably just tell who is greedy and dishonest and who isnt't.
Have you seen 7 years in Tibet with Brad Pitt? Watching it now. Thought i had seen it but not sure. Maybe i saw it back when i was in school via a teacher in a class. I vaguely barely remember anything so far. Anyways, it's hella good. Very slow burn type of movie. Imo i should have won a best picture award.

@@KelseasComments The closest thing i can think it is similar to is dances with wolves. Not a western or anything but just like the type of movie it is.
Was cold and windy as heck today so watched a slew of movies. Mean girls, the contract, scream 6 and now 7 years in tibet. 🤣

Just re-watched "The score" love that movie. Such a well made film. And Scar-Jo!!....... 😍
Also watched "Garden State". Wasn't as good as i thought it would be. The main male actor in it bugs me. And usually bugs me in every movie he is in. I think his range is for shyt. Probably won't ever watch that movie again. Wasn't horrid, it just was not good enough to want to watch again.
Never seen The Score!! I'll have to check it out. I've seen Garden State. Used to watch it a lot when I was younger. As I got older I liked it less! I still like it but ya, not one I necessarily seek out anymore!
