A bit out of context but on the topic of manuka honey, it’s actually amazing- I buy it from Costco and honestly, in the morning, if you just mix a bit of it with water and drink it, it helps out with sickness and any other health issues, and again mixing it with a bit of water putting it in an eye dropper and dropping a drop in each eye at night time helps with eyesight, i was basically blind and when I started doing it I stopped having to wear glasses, I stopped using it and my eyes are back to being basically blind- but if you use it consistently it’s amazing

At night Use rose water on face and then massage with alovera gel for 30 seconds , Wash you face in the morning (let the gel sit on your face for night) 2. Use face wash daily (i use neem Tulsi face wash, choose a face wash that's soap and paraben free, also it does no dries out your skin ) 3. Don't use too much oily products 4. Exfoliate two to three times a week (Must)

It works
My acne (cheeks , forehead)went in just two days
Follow these methods:-
1. At night
Use rose water on face and then massage with alovera gel for 30 seconds , Wash you face in the morning (let the gel sit on your face for night)
2. Use face wash daily (i use neem Tulsi face wash, choose a face wash that's soap and paraben free, also it does no dries out your skin )
3. Don't use too much oily products
4. Exfoliate two to three times a week (Must)
do you wash the rose water of and then add the alovera gel? also how do you exfoliate?

for exfoliating:
(1)2-3 drops rose water
(2) 2-3drops simple water
(3)1or half tsp honey(as required)
(4)3or 4 tsp sugar(as required)
Mix all of them and apply it to damp skin in circular motions for 30 to 60 second and then rinse.
Exfoliate every 48 hours

@@fatimanawabi408 yeah! My acne was not terrible to start so not sure if that was why it worked but this actually helped with texture and redness! And now I don’t have acne! I still get some pimples but that’s completely normal! Hope this helped :)

@@bookloverrrr it depends on your acne, mine wasn’t terrible so that probably why it worked, but I suggest you try for ATLEAST a week to see if it works for you, hope that helped :)
In my home mad I only use Lemon and salt that’s off leave it in overnight every day you will see the result

guys don't directly apply lemon on your face at all, always do a patch test first! Lemon is acedic in nature, always add a little water to it.

Do it once a week if you have sensitive skin and maybe twice if you don’t, your skin won’t be able to handle more than two 😉
