I think the Nurse misunderstood what the guesser in the yellow was trying to say. She was just saying a lot of black women choose to be nurses, not that all nurses are black, lol. It was a bit much when the nurse went up there and tried to "debunk" her statement. Things were lost in translation lol
And the guesser was right. There are a lot of black women who are cna and rns, it's a great women driven career. A lot of ethnically Caribbean/Afro-Latino women as well choose the nursing career. It was an observation by the guesser and the nurse took it as something negative like it's something to look down on as a career.
I have worked in venues and there's usually a team, so he won't be all alone. But from my experience when people are escalated they need someone calm and non-treating to talk them down/ get them to leave, so this guy actually seems perfect.
I don’t think she meant all nurses are black, I think she meant that black women typically pick nursing as their degree of choice.. ie I wanted to go to law school and my mom keep trying to convince me to be a nurse along w the rest of my family lol 😅
I think it’s the CNA comment that offended her. A CNA is not a nurse, and makes significantly less, etc. I think that there was just miscommunication and an understanding of terminology.
Even with the CNA comment. It is a simple Google search away to see that majority black women work as CNA's and nurses. Or just care taking jobs in general.
Okay but it’s still true 😂 Soooooo many black women are CNAs. Why that is, well you can make your own assumptions, but that doesn’t change the fact of the matter.
