Best looking house I've seen in rwanda(on youtube) so far...no crazy tiles, and colors, here we have a simple inviting modern color palette, beautiful kitchen , THAT FLOOR!...spacious , lovely outdoor space. ...weird placement of bed in main bedroom (but theres so many wins here... ill overlook it) There really needs to be a intervention done on Rwanda's obsession with crazy tiles and a crash course on color theory ....Someone took some time and thought in putting this house together
I agree with you on the wall colors and tiles. I love the muted, toned down wall colors. 5 stars on the wall colors, like I have not seen in these videos before.
😂 Maybe they like it that way. The new owner or renter could change according to their taste, especially if foreign. BTW, have you seen Indian or Arab houses? I imagine you getting startled by all the Golden colors, the curtains and colorful tiles and asking them get a lecture on monochrome, muted colors and minimalistic decor😂 .
I LOVE the greenery on this property!! You don’t see that often with the homes here on RUclips.
The color scheme is BEAUTIFUL! Not too wild but more traditional/modern.
The only recommendation I would have is to have built in wardrobes in each room. Other than that, beautiful house!

This is a very nice house. I've been waiting to see open floor plans and this is spacious and open, the way I like it. Thank you to the builder for less walls. It looks like it was decorated in my favorite "Ikea" furniture! Love it!

How much is for rent? I am so interested. I was thinking to come there for holiday. It really beautiful and modern house.
Kinyinya seems to be the next hot spot, land prices there are climbing up also. So many white ppl buying there and that is also.driving the price up lol. This dude that owns a shack there told me he was selling 5M Rfw more because some white guys just bought all arround them 😒. I'm guessing like kibagabaga, the property tax will be higher and tenants will have to co tribute amongst themselves to build their own road ( like they are doing now in Kibagabaga) and if you own 2 homes on the same street, you are expected to pay double.

Is it cash or financing thru the banks?
Hi Emelia, most people do a mix of cash and bank financing. Rwandan banks typically require 20% cash down payment, then they will finance the rest.
