Not directly from the developer, but some buyers may have added them.

It would be nice when you say the unit is up for sale or rent if you mention how much it is in the video preferably. Otherwise, it feels like watching a movie that cuts off before it ends. It can be rather annoying and it feels like one has wasted their time!!
Hello Emmanuel, thank you for the feedback. We usually don't talk about the prices in the video, because they sometimes change and then we can't adjust it. As long as the property is available, the price is usually in the description. Units like the one we filmed typically rent for about USD 800-1,200.
@@VibeRealEstate this is exactly my point. At the moment I actually cannot recall the house that instigated my reaction. Many of the people even I inclusive many a time make impulse decisions. The prices mentioned help one make that first decision of interest that will generate a negotiation.
What kind of climate control does an apartment like this have? What climate control do villas in vision city have?
As the weather in Kigali is very pleasant, the units do typically not come equipped with air condition. They are instead designed in a way that you can easily get fresh air going through.
