My lights dont come on :( on the tripod

@@simplykay7255 Yeah, they turned red while charging but still dont come on

I’ve charged mine a couple of times but it’s been a minute. Try holding the button down for a few seconds instead of just clicking it. I can’t remember exactly how I turned them on either, I hope you eventually get it though
