It’s fixed! Try again now :)
Maybe I’m wrong but the disease GBS I think you eventually can slowly recover and get better and back to normal with therapy.... I’ve watched a few GBS journey videos on RUclips and it’s very interesting.
Love you guys!! Keep up the great work!!😁
Drunk history but make it what we were taught in school vs what actually happened
Second this!!
Love this 💕
That's an amazing idea!
Love this!!!
I, too cosign on this lol
I hope this merch has a 70s vibe. And and shirt that says spicy
I’m here 2 years after you wrote this to say hi as I’m wearing my Spiicy crewneck
My great grandmother was in the hospital and they pronounced her dead. They took her to the morgue and told the family she was gone. We all said our good byes and everything but the next day she woke up in the morgue and said “that was the best sleep I ever had” and she lived for like 15 years after that. It’s just crazy like she had no detectable heartbeat and was unresponsive.
Wtf?!?!? That’s insane
That’s amazing!! Pure amazing wow bless for real !!
Me : trying to sleep
Them: christopher columbitch
Me: laughs and realizes im not gonna fall asleep
🤣🤣🤣
Let’s get a high history as opposed to drunk history
😂😂😂😂
Both!
I love my edible nights with Sesh, Mile Higher and Lights Out! Your entire family ROCKS!!!
Yes I SO agree
lmaooo
Absolutely here for some drunk history episodes and psych experiments (as a fellow counseling major!)!
yes I second that as a current psych major from germany!
I third this 🙋♀️
This podcast is SO good, I'm literally working while listening and I feel like I'm with my friends or something, you're amazing girls 💜💜💜
Thank you so much Laura!!!
Same!!! I can’t focus on work if I don’t have a mile higher /lights out / the sesh playing in the background
Same!!
literally same , i was doing my work while listening , love this 💞
Same!! I also like to listen to this and the other 3 podcasts while working. It makes the time pass much faster and makes working was easier lol.
Men having male lovers in ancient Greece was actually more common than you'd think 💕
That’s what I thought!!!
Yes! Bisexuality in Ancient Greek men was actually considered pretty normal especially among royalty.
Kinda gay if you ask me... but I guess that's culture
The Sesh joggers or sweatpants I’d totally invest in
Yass!!
YES
Sweatpants 😍
omg YES a snug seshing outfit
Agree
So homosexuality amongst men was actually well accepted in ancient greek society, especially amongst nobility. And 32 was a pretty young age to die for that era and social class.
Yes!! No hate but you guys really should have researched these stories first.
It wasn't accepted in the same way as we think about it today though. This practice applied primarily to relationships between adult men and pubescent boys, so it was kind of the opposite of modern day social norms, i.e. the types of relationships we tend to respect today were not accepted in Ancient Greece, however the one type they did accept is obviously very illegal today.
KENDALL!!!! THEY'RE COMING OUT WITH ANOTHER 10 EPISODES OF DEXTER ON THE OXEGEN CHANNEL!!!!! LOL WHOOP WHOOP!!!!
I KNOW ITS AMAZING!!!
@@TheSeshPodcast YAS!! You were the first person I wanted to tell but I figured you might already know...cannot wait!!! Dexter is also one of my favorite shows off all time!!!
What?!?! Oh my gosh!!!
Are the new episodes?
@@shellyleduc1 yep brand new
The sesh is proper laid back and im usually watching and listening in my pj's so maybe for merch pj's or a onesie!
oh my god u guys should make the sesh socks
Great idea!
This podcast is one of my favorites!! You guys make me feel not so alone in this lonely world. Mid 30’s have been such a lonely time for me. So I thank you guys 🤗
you’re not alone girl !!
I feel the same. I turn 30 on Thanksgiving and because of covid I can't go home. As problematic as social media can be, it is amazing because it connects us. Keep your head up and know that there is support out there.
Same! I'm here for u!
Yesss, drunk History sesh, that would be so funny 😂 love seeing you guys laugh
i'm going to dress up my hedgehog for next week!!! he watches kendall/the sesh/mile higher/lights out with me
YES!!
Just the distraction I need. Chillin with the girls sippin tea.
I literally ✨lost it✨ when Kendall said imagine being a ghost “what are you doing with my body bro”
I remember when you and josh were moving into your first house, I found you through this girl Petty Paige. She did this video shit talking you saying you were "begging from your subscribers" so I went to your channel to check it out, and I loved your content so much I never watched her stuff again and I've been a supporter ever since. It's hard to find genuine people to subscribe to, and I never felt that cutthroat vibe from you and josh. That's why I love your channel so much, you're just doing your own thing lol.
Welll I guess I can thank Paige LOL!! 😂😂💜💜💜
paige really said that? yiiiikes i didn't know about that
lmao why did she say that??
I’m definitely interested in cemeteries and find them to be nice places to explore, but in a way that’s respectful. I would never have a photo shoot with the tombstones
Not exaggerating when I say I look forward to your podcasts every week!! Love you guys 💕💕🥰
Ladies I’ve been a silent listener of the Mile Higher podcast for a while. Been following y’all and Josh for so long. But I must say the Sesh is a breath of fresh air. I’ve been living as an expat in Dubai for 5 years with my husband and feel quite lonely at times, because it’s so difficult to meet friends who share the same (controversial) thoughts on the world. So when I put on your podcast on my runs, when I clean the house or when in bed, I genuinely feel like I’m with long time Friends! Love you girls xx
I love Kendall’s stickers on her Mac!!! 😍 PLEASE make stickers!!!
dabs + my fav podcast =perfect Sunday morning
the best combo ever 😍
Can every episode be like this? I love how you guys each picked out interesting and kinda spooky stories throughout history! This was my fav ep yet 😍😍😍😍
Thanks! We will be doing more!!
I’m so happy for this extra content every week!!! You guys have become the only people I watch on RUclips! No drama, no scandals, no fake apologies, no fake period! Thanks guys ❤️
Yes drunk history!
Also as someone with a penicillin allergy, I’m sick of hearing about these crazy diseases and then being told “don’t worry though, penicillin will fix that” like no it won’t fix me buddy! 💀
I'm allergic to penicillin too! But antibiotics works just as well, so you'll just get that instead :)
Honestly if we buried my brother in a cemetery instead of cremating him I’d be taking obnoxious pics by his grave because that was just our relationship. 😂
Well when it’s your own family member I think that’s completely up to you 😀😂
THANK YOU LADIES. I appreciate you bringing up the issue with Swoop and Mykie. I am hating the fact that many people are minimizing Mykies behavior. My19yr old biracial daughter looked up to Mykie so much but had the same issues Swoop has. I am very saddened that so many nonblack people are saying this is not racist. 💕💕💕💕
I wait all week for "The Sesh"! You ladies are great! I so enjoy your personalities & views on everything! 💚
When I was a kid I used to hangout for hours at a nearby cemetery on the daily. It was quiet and peaceful (something my home-life was not) and I would go around reading the stones and paying my respects. Most of the time I'd chill under a tree and write or draw. For me it was a safe place (again, unlike my home-life), so in that respect I can see why someone would say it was their "happy place". With that said, posting a posed photo with this caption on social media is in poor taste IMO.
Agree 💯💯
Same, my mom would take my brother and I to our local cemetery, and we would literally just chill and spend the whole day there. Then again, death is something to be celebrated and seen as a beautiful and positive experience in my culture, so I guess you can say my family is naturally morbid lol! (I’m Chicana btw)
@@Angelbunnydesign I guessed your culture immediately! 🌹 I appreciate the celebration as a person that sees death as a transition into something higher, though I’m still studying what I truly believe that is. I grew up in Southern California and enjoyed watching parades and learning about celebrations/traditions with my close friends. ♥️
I also found solace in cemeteries when I was younger, and still do. So does my youngest child (18). I didn’t have the best home life either. Interesting commonality. I would read headstones and pay respects, clean the old and forgotten ones off, sit under trees. Maybe I’m weird lol. That’s okay. I wouldn’t post a pic like that with a caption like that though.
I did the same. Home was unloving and sad and lonely and lots of yelling. I would walk to the little cemetery just outside of town and lay in the grass in the sun or read or do cartwheels and stuff. It was very peaceful.
For merch I would love a coffee cup or like to go cups please!!
I would so buy a coffee cup with their logo on it!!
The thing about Vanessa Hudgens is stupid because the cemetery is my “happy place”. My grandmother and father are buried side by side. They are the only people in my family who unconditionally loved me. I don’t have a good relationship with my family. So I always visit my family at the cemetery and it’s my “happy place” so Vanessa Hudgens getting bashed is stupid. I’ve also taken pictures at Hollywood Forever in Hollywood, CA which is a very historical cemetery. A lot of famous people have been buried there. The cemetery has movie nights and even concerts! I got proposed to at that very cemetery! One of my fiancé and i’s favorite bands Cold Cave was playing that night. They were playing their album “Love Comes Close” in its entirety for the first time in 10 years. It was the perfect proposal and very personal because my fiancé and I love cemeteries and going to them in every city we go to. When we would travel on tour we would always go to a cemetery. My fiancé smashed a beer on Charles Bukowski’s grave. If people think that’s disrespectful that’s stupid because if you know anything about Charles Bukowski, he was an alcoholic, his grace always has empty beer bottles, beer bottle caps, cigarette butts, & those were all things he enjoyed. I’ve also taken a photo with a memorial statue of Johnny Ramone at Hollywood Forever. Hollywood Forever makes it so you can take pictures and even have picnics! There’s a huge beautiful lake, a Buddhist area, a beautiful mausoleum, ducks, stray cats they take care of. The fact that Vanessa Hudgens got shit is just annoying. Like Janelle & Kendall mentioned non-famous people have photo shoots at cemeteries all the time, so get over it! At least she wasn’t getting drunk and vandalizing the place like some teenagers do. Anyways, rant over.
I was thinking this same thing. I think it's mostly a cultural thing, because there are many other cultures that celebrate death as a normal part of life, almost like a right of passage and funerals are full on parties celebrating that person's life and accomplishments. I totally understand why some people would be offended by it though, and their feelings are also totally valid. But I do think a lot of that comes from our societal norms that have been ingrained in us that trigger fear, grief, and sadness surrounding death. I get how this can also be easily done in a disrespectful way. I think it's important to honor the dead while in a cemetery. I used to visit cemeteries a lot as well, but I'd definitely would never take pictures like what Katherine Heigl did. To me that photo looked like straight up mocking. But there's for sure a way to honor what a cemetery is and the deep symbolic and emotional meaning while taking photos with historical statue or beautiful art or landscaping. Lots of cemeteries are stunningly beautiful, and it should be okay to admire that as long as it's fine tastefully.
At least someone is visiting them yanno
Agreed!!
A the sesh onesie would be sooo neat, I associate your show with comfort & relaxing at home so that would really be perfect haha. Love this show 💕💕
I watch everything that you guys make, Kendall's RUclips, lights out, mile higher, mile higher vlogs, the sesh of course lol. You guys are my favorite! It's hard to find positive genuine people on the internet anymore. So happy that I found you guys ❤
Thank you so much!! 💚💚
So happy to have found this podcast. Been a fan of Kendall for a bit, and I’m loving seeing her in such a casual setting. It’s so refreshing to see a RUclipsr remain true to themself and produce interesting content that clearly intrigues them. Love you both! Keep ‘em coming!!! ❤️
The Sleepy Hollow cemetery has literary and historical importance. It is definitely a fascinating place to visit for those who like The Legend of Sleepy Hollow 😊 They actually offer tours of the cemetery and they even sell souvenirs (T-shirts, etc.) when you go on the tour 😊 I honestly don't think it is inherently wrong to take pictures at cemeteries. I had the opportunity to visit my great great grandparents' graves in Italy and I took and posted pictures of my experience. I felt like it was a way to connect to and honor my family ❤️😍
I love educated women using their platform to inform others on racism.
I wish there was a new episode every single day, I could listen to you guys talk forever😂❤️
having my fall candles from Candles by Victoria going while cleaning my room/getting prepped for the upcoming week and listening to The Shesh on Sundays is my favorite part of the week
VIBES!
I would LOVE a drunk history episode from The Sesh omg
I am Always waiting for more videos on ALL Kendall's shows! I love the Sesh so much. Thank You
i love the way they approached this. i love all the topics miler higher/kendall/lights out cover and i watch a million other videos and tv shows all on the same stuff, but it can get heavy and i have to take breaks. but i loved how they were joking and laughing during this bc i feel like they could do more like this but make it lighter and not as brutal as the other things they cover. would be super interesting !!
Janelle's first story! La Bête du Gévaudan! They used it as a plotline in Teen Wolf lol
Yes please do some drunk history!!! Maybe even a series? But please at least one
Got the notification while at brunch with friends - tbh couldn't wait to get home to listen 😁🥰
(brunch was amazing though haha)
Sunday brunch is always a great idea 😀
Yes, I was literally thinking about a Halloween spooky sesh since its my favorite holiday, and bam its uploaded! YAY!
I’m definitely down for the drunk history episode
Literally every Sunday I get excited for this podcast, check RUclips and it‘s posted within the last 5 mins 😍😍
Me and my boyfriend are getting married in a cemetery, it’s the oldest cemetery in our town, but purely for the fact it’s the most beautiful garden in our town. It’s filled with beautiful blossom trees and is on the list for our garden festival. We will have our wedding pictures there but not with graves, with the trees etc.
i would like to see some type of tapastrey with astrology for merch
ohh yes!
I've never disagreed with you guys but cemeteries have always been a place for me to go for peace. I took all my kids yearly photos in cemeteries. My grandmother would always spend so much time with me finding beautiful epitaphs to read. I learned so much about history and SO MUCH about life through death. I take photos there but it's because I have nothing but respect. They're memorials. They're also dead. I don't think they care. 🤷🏻♀️
Love you both so so much tho 😘
I don’t think we disagree! We said a lot of people find peace and beauty in cemeteries. All we said we see both sides and how someone COULD take offense but we personally do not. 💜
@@TheSeshPodcast omg you replied lol. No I get that I'm just offering another viewpoint :) it's not always malice or disrespect. I haven't seen the photos you were talking about so maybe I should have looked first. Regardless, I love this podcast with all my heart!!
Amy St. Jean yeah I totttallly see what you are saying and I agree! And omg thank you! 😀😀😀
I also studied psychology and remember learning about Pavlov and the orphans. We also learned about the Genie Wiley case and the Dr Money/David Reimer case. Both terrible and both are examples of how little psychiatrist's gave a shit not that far back in history.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ALLLL WEEKEND! I love y'all so much (Josh & Joel as well). This, Mile Higher & Lights Out are my Faveee podcasts 💕💕
Yoooo you guys should do a quarter-zip jacket!!!!!! Omg I’d wear that crap everydayyyyyy
I love you guy's energy. I work late nights in a warehouse and I lose track of time because this podcast is so entertaining. I lothe my job and you guys get me thru my shift everyday
Actually stopped & searched the renaissance zombied & it's SO GNARLY.
Bruh. Wow.
Obviously we need a 'that's spicy' sweatshirt with flames and peppers down the sleeves. lmao
You guys are so funny I loved this episode!! You two doing a drunk history episode!!? Yes, Please!! It could be like a monthly episode 🥰💕🙌🎃
I really appreciated hearing both of your opinions on the Mykie situation. I’ve been watching her for so many years and am truly heartbroken. I always have seen her as a genuine ally especially with all of the BLM information she has shared. I would even say I looked up to her. Learning this about her really shook me up but also really opened my eyes. I’m glad you covered this because it really is a huge issue and isn’t “for clout” or “to go viral.” I really respect your opinions and they were very reaffirming for how I feel about her now. Thank you for always using your platform to spread important information and amplify minorities’ voices! 🖤
I happen to love cemeteries. I find them very peaceful and beautiful. I love taking pictures in them and reading all the tombstones and reading the lovely things people write on them. One of my favorites is the Hollywood Cemetery of Richmond and also the Congressional Cemetery in DC.
I would love to hear Janelle talk more about what she learned in grad school! Maybe tips/tricks/techniques on communication with others and with yourself or partner!
The story about pavlov motivated me to finally study for my psych of learning midterm on monday
please do drunk history ! maybe even add a challenge like every time you use the term omg, viewers take a drink ( for at home use no drinking and driving )
I freakin love The Sesh
A necropolist is considered an expert in cemeteries. That would be pretty cool had he not been a total creep!!!! Lol
57:02 "at least he wasn't killing them. Give him credit for that" 😂😂😂
Christopher ColumBITCH sounds bout right tho.
I love mykie from glam and gore so much 😍 no matter what
The sesh is like seeing your teachers outside of class haha 💕 love it and love you both! Can’t wait to see how the podcast grows ⭐️
Everytime Janelle says "kill the beast" I just think about the mob in Beauty and The Beast.
Also the Alexander The Great theory sounds absolutely terrifying.
I watch you guys after my therapy sessions and you both are so calming to watch/listen to. Love you both so much and thank you for starting this podcast 🥰
This is everything I needed today! I have a terrible sinus infection from the smoke (which I’m so beyond thankful is my only problem caused by the fires, and my heart goes out to all of the evacuees). I just needed some relaxing girl talk today while I’m stuck in bed doing absolutely nothing! I’m not sure where in the state y’all are but I hope your home is safe from the fires!
"so he was like paper macheting them kind of" and then the way kendall reiterated it @ 55:32 had me chuckling for a solid minute lol
I LOVE THIS PODCAST! And I am NOT a podcast-fan but this so interesting,so funny and I love ur chemistry! And it really feels like I’m there with u. Good job girls!🤎🤎🤎
I listen to this podcast while I work on my free online class about Ancient Egypt. I went through most of this podcast earlier this week lol. It's very good.
Yes to drunk history and psychological experiments such as the Stanford Prison Experiment, love this podcast 🖤
First episode I’m watching of this podcast. Kendall idk if you’ll ever read this but I’ve been watching you for awhile. The first time I heard of you was when my cousin and I were obsessed with the Gypsy Rose case and she sent me your video and ever since then I’ve been addicted to your content. You are such a laid back chill RUclipsr and have never switched up! Every day I’m either playing your RUclips vids, or mile higher. Love you and josh so much.
Been getting a lot of anxiety lately but you guys help me relax and take off my mind from things for a bit. Thank you! Love the shows! 💙
Thanks for all the work you do. You guys have saved me this quarantine and hello from your neighbor in Utah! I always look forward to all your channels and podcasts.
A 70s vibe *SpIcY* shirt would be so dope. Like the mustard yellow with with spicy written in that bubbly 70s font in like a reddish orange color😍😍
Sunday sesh😊👌🏽
Thank you guys for using your platform to spread awareness on things that matter 💕
Love you both! Doing my makeup this morning watching you guys! 🤍
Buffalo has a tremendously beautiful historic cemetery called Forest Lawn cemetery. It is amazing and was a place I frequented often. There are tours but you can also wander at will.
This is a breath of fresh air. I may be a homeless single mom as of today but y’all help cheer me up..
I know this is several months late but I hope things have looked up for you and your child.
Even later here. It’s 2023 and I hope you’re doing so much better.
You two make me so happy
Guys, I love your Halloween decorations! 💖
Also, for a furture spooky sesh you should either paint or carve pumpkins!
That’s our plan for next week!! 😀😀😀
@@TheSeshPodcast Very exciting! I can't wait! 😊 💖
Crop zip hoodie!! PLEASE!! So many crew necks. I would rep the hell out of a sesh crop zip hoodie. Lol.
Also wouldn’t be opposed to it saying CHRISTOPHER COLUMBITCH
This episode is my favourite ever 😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰..I also love the catch up topics in the beginning ..light and interesting always do them please
It's so interesting to see how other cultures view cemeteries. I've never seen or felt that the cemetery is a sad mourning place or that taking pictures there is considered disrespectful. Here we try to tend to our families graves as much as possible, as soon as the snow is gone we go and tidy up, in fall we might go there once a month to rake the leaves + we have a cemetery festival, when we make everything look extra nice and place flowers and candles next to the gravestones. It's not a grieving place, but a place where we go to connect and remember our loved ones and let them know we still care and love them just like we did when they were alive. I also remember as a kid being told that when someone passes we shouldn't be sad and think about them but rather just accept it and let them go, so that their soul could pass on to the afterlife and start a new chapter in their existence.
I love your true crime content and other podcasts, but this podcast is such a good vibe. I love just letting it play while I do makeup or something, feels like I’m hanging out with friends. Thanks for this, I look forward to it every week.
You guys should do an episode on dumb criminals & funny crimes. :)
The best part about Sundays! 🙌🏼(and thats saying something because I'm from the UK and we have a Sunday roast each week😏😂😂)
Would love to see drunk history ! Love your podcast so much Janelle and Kendall 💓
Omg yes drunk history !!!
Loved this episode! i started to get creeped out as I was home alone but it didn't last long when Kendall couldn't stop laughing 😂😂 also where do you guys get your giant lava lamps from?! I NEED ONE IN MY LIFE 😍
yess talk about experiments!! bf skinner, pavlov, all of them :)
Horoscope tees with your favorite quality about each sign... Love this podcast ladies
Kendall's last story ENDED me. It was both disgusting but you guys were making me laugh so badly how you guys were reacting to it. Love this podcast so much, you are both so hilarious!
