    Lactophenol cotton blue stains the fungal cytoplasm and provides a light blue background against which walls of the hyphae can readily be seen.

    Can you compare which technique gives the most accurate micromorphological analyze ?

      If u want to see complete fungal morphology, do Slide culture technique. But its time-consuming.

      It's normal. To see the structure of molds on bread/ vegetables and also for the scrapped fungal specimens, u can perform cellotape technique.
