The coffee mug that's unspillable is fine but that Contigo mug you compared it to is basically indestructible. I dropped my mug of coffee in the parking lot, it rolled away, and not a drop spilled. It also keeps your drink hot for hours!!
I was just thinking the same thing. The smarter ones will take his free advice and design a test product that does the same thing, and compare it to the original to see if they could sell a 2.0 version of it.
@Scyborne his advice is mostly ergonomics. Not really changing how coffee itself is made. Think of a pen. The thing inside is what allows you to write, but body/shape of pen influences your comfort while using it.
Really, really don't understand the brew pipe kit. What purpose does that serve? What benefit does it have, especially when you have to take a torch to it?
