Yes, it's a mod called "FBI HRT" that you can get off nexusmods. The mods add a lot of weapons, factions, and other things that really enhance the game. Let me know if you need any help finding or installing them. 👍
how do i search these types maps?? i gotta run through them myself
Search for "Sicario_part_3" in the steam workshop page for Door Kickers 2 and it will come up.

I used the FBI HRT unit mod, which replaces the standard flashbang with 9-bangers.
