I love the mods for this game so much... Project ARES Green Berets + Going in Blind + well-made custom maps like this one are so satisfying to play. First try going in blind. Made a couple mistakes that could have ended in friendly fire, but still made it through ok.

How do you get them reacting to threats so fast so consistently? Half of the time I have the element of surprise but the enemy still shoots first :/

Lots of factors. Which gun you're using, how long it is, which optic, how you're moving... I'm careful to keep the muzzle as far from door frames and walls as possible so the gun rarely needs to be compressed, which is often the difference who shoots first. I'm also careful to make turns as smooth as possible, fast jerky turns lead to longer aim time. I also try to stop for shooting when feasible, shooting on the move takes longer.
The operator also makes a difference. Delta will shoot faster and more accurate than Nowheraki SWAT.

Because even though there's so much content already, there's still so much more they're working on. Campaigns, random generated campaigns, doctrines, more maps etc. Check out the steam page for more info
