Thank you for the great recipe! Is it ok to use Bulgur #3? When you put the Bulgur in, was it dry or does it need to be soften in water prior to cooking?
Hi! Thanks for your question. I use #1 bulgur. #3 will be too big. We use #3 for pilav. I do not soak the bulgur. I use dry bulgur. I hope this answers your question. Let me know how it turns out. Enjoy!
