You deserve it! Definitely body goals!!! At the end of last year I moved and ended up taking a 3 month hiatus right when I was getting comfortable with level 2. Sadly I'm back at level one but I'm focusing more on fluidity but also rebuilding my strength and flexibility

Hi. I have that exact same pole at my house and I tried tightening it and it will not loosen now, it wont even budge. Im not sure what to do or how to get it loosened back up again.
