I am loving this. The song performance I have already described as awesome but the video although maybe appearing basic is actually very artistic and clevely shot. This song didn't need a video that was too illustrative as the song is too great to be attached with a visual you can't later mover past. Do I make sense? For example when you hear Ella sing Embraceable You one doesn't think of an MTV video. On the other hand one can't not think of the video when listening to Robert Palmer's Simply Irresistible. i.e. you can not separate the two. This is gorgeous to watch but keeps the integrity of the song in focus, simply enhancing the piece not telling the listener what to associate it with. Amazing stuff. For me this at the moment this is a pinnacle of artistry and achievement for Nikki. Sensational. An artist who has class, sophistication, amazing talents and skills and the right ethic. The ethic that means she will reach even grander heights throughout her career. A lover of music producing the real thing for lovers of great music.
