It's a mix of Blue and Gold seals. Probably close to 2-3K gold seals total. Around 1K blue.

That last series of shuffles is so smooth. I think there must have been a z shuffle (just a guess, because I couldn't actually see one) but the running strips have me baffled. I don't know any move with them. Do you teach this anywhere?
