    You can see he picked up his style from Darwin Ortiz, from the rolled up sleeves, the shufflies handling, the pressure spread, etc, etc. Good job by the way, great skills and great performances

  • @jackforest6121

    Let me guess, Jason. You use a memory system a la Harry Lorayne and Jerry Lucas, linking the known cards together in a chain mentally with a story of images assigned to each card. Perhaps you have one story for each suit. VERY impressive!! Hat tip to you!!

    • @paulrawlinson8653
      @paulrawlinson8653 Год назад +10

      Probably more akin to playing bridge, where you hold a mental list of all the cards, then as each is 'played', you mentally remove it from the list. Most club level bridge or canasta players would be able to do this. The 'story' method would be pretty cumbersome for this exercise.

    • @OtterSC2
      @OtterSC2 10 месяцев назад +3

      This is exactly like bridge memorisation because he only needs to remember the cards, not a sequence.

    That's cool.. 👍 I used to be able to memorise a list of 100 things in order i had someone write down.. I just made a story up in my head with them all.. I'm guessing u do something similar Jase ? 🙂

    • @CardMagicByJason
      @CardMagicByJason  3 года назад +8

      That's the link method and yes, that will work.

  • @sevendoesstuff

    As a memory athlete myself if this is not a trick and is pure memory I would recommend using a PAO system. I do not know what you use but look into a PAO as it is very very good and with a bit of work you can do it pretty fast.

      It’s not a trick. It’s a skill to memorize cards. So if you can do it, you’re already way ahead of the average person which would make card cheating a lot easier for you compared to the average joe.
