I have been putting kits together for decades. I enjoy buying surplus and thrift store items. Low cost and enjoyable to do. Thinking outside the box and repurposing items as well. The more you do it the more you refine and less gear you find out that you need.
Really interesting breakdown, thanks. I have got in the habit of unpacking completely and repacking before every trip and found it has really helped me optimise what i take for each trip, and removing some things I thought would be handy but have never used.😁
Hi I live on dartmoor just started my own camping channel I just done a one survival challenge nothing on me only one litre of water yeah normally I have kit I need ive never changed it Nice video
The only way I am carrying that much gear is if I can drive my pickup onto the campsite and kick the rucksack off the tailgate. That has got to be 1/4 of your body weight, not to mention you have the provision for 5 kilos of water weight!
Love the T-Shirt and the "yin/yang" logo. It looks different to the one in your shop though, the logo's in a contrasting box that I'm not too keen on (I know I'm being fussy). When are the ones like you're wearing going to be available ? Cheers 👍😉
60 quid for a Berghaus Cyclops...I literally took mine down the dump last week, what a four letter word I feel now. You may want to get rid of the Hexamine, it's illegal to own these days.
@greencraft4783 which demographic is that? Do you mean poor people larping as paramilitary survivalists? Bc they have ALWAYS been viewed with suspicion 😂
THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS AND TIRELESS WORK... US YANKS ENJOY YOUR WORK.. GOD BLESS YOU FROM GEORGIA U.S.A. 😊😊😊😊😊
I can't get enough of this kind of knowledge and experience, what a treasure trove! Love it, thanks Neil!
