Also Nick has to given credit for those groovy beats. With you I just heard this song again and clearly remembered what I felt when I first heard it. I remember after hearing this for the first time I became an instant Megadeth fan. After that I bought my first electric guitar and learnt this song and also taught my self how to sing along. After Rust in Peace the lead singer (who is also the songwriter and one of the guitarists) changed the sound to heavier riffs, more melodic choruses etc. A ton of songs from the Countdown to Extinction and beyond have more of this sound. Symphony of Destruction and Sweating Bullets are examples of songs in that he uses a similar voice
