Hi os there a water fountain where you refill water bottles?
Water comes from the faucet in the bathroom, so I assume you'll be using that! You may also contact the front desk and they may be able to fetch water for you. This hotel also provides an ice machine.

With that check in kiosk, if you can't read Japanese, I wouldn't know what to do. 😐
When you go to the hotel after paying in advance, simply load the QR code into the machine and a card key for your room will be issued. If necessary, the front desk staff can also help you when you check in!
