Why do the pillows look so flat like a pancake and there's only ONE on each bed? What a rip-off!!
The time we stayed here was during the period of the Corona infestation. So the pillows are usually in place and this is how they are for a limited time. They are great now👍.

Hi may i check if there is any lift to go up to the reservation area (lobby) as we will bring big luggages it will be hard to carry up
My personal response is that the hotels here are friendly and I am sure the hotel staff will carry it upstairs. But if you want to get accurate information, ask the hotel.

Thank you for your question. This hotel does not have a hot spring. You will have to use the bath in your room. However, if you would like to use the sauna, there is a luxury sauna downstairs in this hotel. ❤︎ next-sauna.com

Thank you for your comment! Yes! I recommend visiting in the following order! 1. Kinkakuji Temple 2. saga-no romantic train 3. Arashiyama Kinkakuji Temple is open until 5:00 p.m., so I think the best way to get around there is the above! I suggest heading to Togetsu Bridge as soon as you get to Arashiyama, as it gets dark and you won't be able to see it!
hi is this room too small for 3 adults you think? considering booking it but worried about room size. will two people fit on one bed?
Sorry for the late reply, been traveling! This room is a standard twin room, so it may be too small for 3 adults. However, children may be able to make it. For 3 adults, the type of room called Standard Triple would be better!

Hi os there a water fountain where you refill water bottles?
Water comes from the faucet in the bathroom, so I assume you'll be using that! You may also contact the front desk and they may be able to fetch water for you. This hotel also provides an ice machine.

The toilet was separate from the bathtub! It was very clean, but I didn't put it on the video.
