Sorry for the late reply, been traveling! This room is a standard twin room, so it may be too small for 3 adults. However, children may be able to make it. For 3 adults, the type of room called Standard Triple would be better!
The time we stayed here was during the period of the Corona infestation. So the pillows are usually in place and this is how they are for a limited time. They are great now👍.

The toilet was separate from the bathtub! It was very clean, but I didn't put it on the video.
