Convoy consisted of Merseyside Police Roads policing BMW cars and Outriders Motorcycles

In Ireland they normally use 2 army jeeps with four heavily armed soldiers in each 4 police bikes a meat wagon an 2-4 cop cars with either a plane or chopper for top cover and thats just for no road tax on your car or non payment of tv licence

you do realise it’s an illegal offence to ignore a traffic police officer since you are interrupting the convoy with very important/ high value people. So yes, you are dumb
Interesting vid. The tactical approach is a tight vehicle group with a forward detachment of solo m/cycles to prevent blocking actions with an ambush/assault at each junction. Hopefully each solo m/c ok's the main group to pass by radio, otherwise he is a weakness, as he could be overpowered and even impersonated, by a waiting group, if the route could be pre-determined... I would have one of the armed 4x4 vehicles act as a forward security patrol, ahead of the main group but behind the cycles to check each site where a blocking vehicle could be used.. peace
@@British999 Roger that. guess they calculate that the main group has enough firepower/mobility for any counter-ambush.. and maybe there is unmarked surveillance and a trust in high-level intel.... but any determined assault might well have RPG equivalents. Lucky we're not in Colombia/brazil. peace

@@British999, so not only do they go through every single siren including air horns on a dead end road, none of them are in their turnouts, lights and sirens go off at the end and they slow down as to approach the intersection. Inside there is a cage and guards sit around it to watch the prisoner incase they try to commit suicide.. known as a suicide van I believe.
