Everything looked fresh an yummy! Quality ingredients and didn't seem to skimp on volume. From beginning to end the final product was well presented and many eager customers waiting to come inside. look at the breads they sell, donuts,ham and cheese breads......shelfs that look like the inside of every mall bakery. not gonna lie though all the japanese bakeries look great even the corporate ones in my country.....pullman bakery,isetan bakery.....their baked goods are always on another level.

Looks so delicious! I want to try some of each variety! I would love to know all of the fillings? Are they sweet and savory? My mouth is literally watering! I can almost smell the heavenly aroma!
usually these are sweetened red bean paste, sweetened purple sweet potato cubes/paste, sweetened chestnut paste, black sesame paste, cream cheese egg custard, sweetened pumpkin cream paste, sweet corn cream paste, syrup soaked dried fruits, salted mayonnaised tuna flake paste, curry minced beef etc.. one very special filling only found in Japan is the soy sauce stir-fried noodle! for sandwich, they use deep fried pork chop, fried cod fillet and fried prawn mostly. they are all delicious!

元、パン🍞🥐🥖🥪ケーキ🍰🎂🧁職人です。良い仕事してます。大量生産の1時間に1000個ケーキ🍰流れ作業体験しましたが、添加物だらけで、とりあえず作れ､出来栄えは、普通で良い⁉️が、自分の考えと違い添加物の無い出来栄えの良い製品を作るのが、自分のスタイルで、退職しましたが、癖の悪い工場長が多くて、経営者は人の見極めをしっかりと感じます。この方の作業素晴らし。遅いとコメントしてる方居ますが⁉️ケーキ🍰とパン🥐作り､違うし、速く良い仕事してますよ、能書きたれは、嫌いでよくシバキ回しましたが、技術者として素晴らしいです、隠蔽しまくる政治家は、廃棄物と同じで、賞味期限切れだらけと感じます。🍀🍀🍀👍

私がパン屋で働き始めた20年前はこんなに若い女性はパン屋の現場にいなかったなぁ。男性の職場だった。朝早いのは勿論、力仕事で立ちっぱなしで、窯担当は火傷が絶えない。体力仕事。この職人さん達は本当に素晴らしい。是非食べてみたい。
しかも伊三郎パン7時から開いてるんすよね、すごい企業努力。もしくはブラック企業
