Such a great video! They have the most amazing Cattleyas! Absolutely stunning!
@@emmanuelV37 thank you so much Emmanuel! I’m glad you enjoyed the video! Chadwick does have stunning cattleyas!
Thanks for the tour!
You are so welcome! Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for sharing
You’re very welcome! :)
I do look forward to your videos keep them going
Thank you, Deborah! I’m so glad you enjoy them! More to come soon!
Chadwick has beautiful orchids. Glad you went back there. 😊
I love stopping by their nursery when I’m in the area! They have amazing stuff! Hope your orchids are growing well!
This is my local-ish green house. My daughter loves exploring and checking out the outside garden. 🪴
No way, That’s wonderful!! :) They have beautiful outdoor gardens! Definitely a lot of fun spaces to explore!
Thanks for the tour! They have some great plants! BTW Thanks for the humidity tray lead! I ordered 6 from Waldor and now I'm ready for when my orchids need to come in for the winter!
That’s awesome!! I’m so glad to help and I’m glad you’re happy with them! And thank you for watching this tour too!
Chadwick's always has knowledgeable information about orchids on their website and YT videos.
I have yet to order from Chadwick's, but I will one day!
14:38 This one looks like it would be a nightmare to repot. 😬
18:44 I don't have any Bulbophyllums yet. I would want this classic one, but I'm scared it would be stinky. 😄
26:49 This one should definitely win some kind of award.
Art Chadwick is a fantastic resource and brilliant grower! They have great stuff, you won’t be disappointed! The Lobbii are not too smelly! You really have to get up close to the flower to smell it! The flowers make it worth the risk for sure! :)
Very nice, we got to make it there someday. Thanks so much.
Yes!! Definitely reach out when you visit! I have 3-4 spots you definitely should visit! Thank you for watching and for putting out the fantastic content you make!!! :)
@OrchidsByBryan, thanks so much, Bryan.
They are doing really well. I started using Cal-Mag and Maxicrop with Iron. Also Superthrive along with the MSU food. Lots of growth. Will add a bloom booster in September about twice a month. Your orchids looked good in your bloom video
@@karengeorge5959 that’s great, Karen! I’m contemplating a switch to the MSU fertilizer but all the plants seem happy for now so I’m not sure if I’ll switch it up. Keep me posted on how everything does with the bloom booster too! I want to experiment with fertilizer in the future!
Can't imagine touring these Orchid Nurseries & Not coming home with a car load !
Hahaha it takes a lot of self control that’s for sure! ;)
I love your Orchid Tours! It gives me the opportunity to visit nurseries from all around the country, which I would never have the chance to see otherwise. It's also good to see how particular orchids look like in real life, since it's often difficult to judge a plant just by looking at online stores's listing photos.
I have never grown Bulbophyllums. My collection is mostly Phals and Catts, and my growing place is dry and hot in summer and dry and cool in winter. Do Bulbophyllums require high humidity to grow and bloom well?
Thanks.
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoy the videos! As far as Bulbophyllums, it’s hard to say since they are pretty forgiving in my experience. I know for a fact, I grow Bulbophyllum Sunshine Queen ‘Yellow’ outside in the home as a house plant and it blooms all year long for me. They typically like intermediate warm temperatures and high humidity but it would depend on the plants. I would give it a try and see how they do for you. :) good luck!
@@OrchidsByBryan Thank you. I will give it a try.
Are you serious? There are so beautiful. I hope they win 😊😊😊
They had so many gorgeous summer blooms!!
WOW, I have wanted a dowiana aurea for a long time. The Cattleya at the end that looks like a dowiana cross they are taking for judging is absolutely! Did you happen to get the ID for it?
It is an absolutely stunning cross! The name of the dark pink with the Dowiana type lip is Lc Powhatan ‘Meadowlark’.
@@OrchidsByBryan Thank you!
